Beautiful hotel, great staff and excellent cuisine. I really enjoyed this stay. The hotel is in a quiet area outside, so relax, peace, quiet. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The best was their cuisine, they cook really top-notch, so every night I had something different and it was always delicious. Thank you all for a wonderful stay in this great hotel.

Nice hotel, very well managed by the very kind Lady Ida. A lot of courtesy and helpfulness. Our room was spacious and well soundproofed. Tranquility assured. The restaurant is also of an excellent standard. My wife and I loved it. Btavi!

Abbiamo scelto 'Il Salice ' per la seconda volta, per il giuramento di mio figlio. Che dire? Ogni volta è sempre meglio🏆 Questa volta siamo stati più giorni... La proprietaria è di una gentilezza fuori dal comune... Sempre sorridente, affabile e se possibile, va incontro a tutte le richieste. Anche il personale è gentile ed educato🥇 Nonostante fosse sabato, e il locale fosse pienissimo, siamo stati serviti in tempi abbastanza rapidi. Nn mangiavo una pizza così buona da anni. I piatti sono abbondanti e buonissimi... Se nn fosse così lontano da casa nostra, verremmo più spesso... Buona vita a tutti❤️

Abbiamo accompagnato nostro figlio al rav di Ascoli Piceno, quindi abbiamo cenato e poi pernottato dalla signora Ida. Una signora molto cordiale simpatica e alla mano. Gentile anche il ragazzo che ci ha accolti. La cena buona e abbondante a prezzi modici. ... Le stanze pulitissime, calde e confortevoli... Ci siamo trovati benissimo... Consigliato vivamente🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

07/08/2025: A sublime lunch! Excellent bottles from top wineries. The raw fish was spectacular, all very tasty and cooked with passion. I also thoroughly enjoyed the two first courses, both delicate and flavorful. A truly excellent lunch, from the appetizers to my beloved gentian. I hope to return. The staff was super efficient, even super fast at times; perhaps a few more minutes would have been perfect before clearing away the glasses and bottles, just to enjoy the last moments. Good luck, and congratulations.

25/07/2025: A piece of Italy in the middle of the mountain. This classic Italian restaurant impresses in every way. The atmosphere is warm and inviting – exactly what you would expect from a traditional Italian restaurant. The service is extremely friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The dishes are excellently prepared, with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Whether pasta, fish, or dessert – everything is just right here. A place where you'll want to linger and enjoy the ambiance.
19/07/2025: Excellent food at fair prices in a spectacular setting with a 360° view of the Tronto Valley. I ate a pizza topped with mortadella, stracciatella and pistachio grains that was truly excellent. The meat dishes and desserts were equally good. The latter were served in portions that were above average.
