A perfect meeting!
We spent some evenings in great company, everything was excellent from pizza to local dishes with also a good porceddu (excuse the pronunciation Francesco) and an exceptional Cannonau. I felt welcomed by friends.
See you next time we pass through Sardinia.

Fantastic person, typical cuisine and a welcome that is not easily found .... leaving by motorbike from Rimini, we would never have thought of finding such a welcoming place and such tasty cuisine from Francesco in Mamoiada !!! Keep it up, we will see each other again for sure.

Stopping in Mamoiada, on a quick tour of Sardinia, I intended to taste local dishes, as always. But, deliberately neglecting the well-known and pretentious places, I relied on my own personal technique developed over years of travel, which starts from duly selected reviews on Tripadvisor. This place emerged, which I chose and asked if I could count on the roast "porceddu". Francesco obliged. Not only that: he built, starting from parts of the "porceddu", delicacies and dishes of local specialties that I served as an appetizer. Excellent solution: the result was a succulent and endless dinner! So much so that, by the time of the roast "porceddu" with potatoes, they were almost full from the appetizers. All washed down with the excellent house Cannonau and at an incredibly low final price compared to what we had eaten and drunk! We recorded the same satisfaction from two traveling and gourmet customers sitting next to us. Excellent Francesco, you deserve to be visited by demanding travellers and gourmets like us!

Facendo tappa a Mamoiada, in un veloce giro della Sardegna, mi sono riproposto di degustare piatti del territorio, come sempre. Ma, trascurando deliberatamente locali segnalati e pretenziosi, mi sono basato su una mia personale tecnica maturata in anni di viaggi, che parte da recensioni su Tripadvisor debitamente selezionate. È emerso questo locale che ho scelto e a cui ho chiesto se potevo contare sul "porceddu" arrosto. Francesco mi ha accontentato. Non solo: ha costruito, a partire da parti del "porceddu", manicaretti e piatti di specialità locali che ci ho servito come antipasto. Ottima soluzione: è uscita una cena succulenta e a non finire ! Tanto che, al momento del "porceddu" arrosto con patate eravano quasi sazi per gli antipasti. Il tutto annaffiato dall'ottimo Cannonau della casa e ad un prezzo finale incredibilmente contenuto rispetto a quello che avevamo mangiato e bevuto ! Stessa soddisfazione registravamo da due clienti viaggiatori e buongustai seduti accanto a noi. Ottimo Francesco, meriti di essere visitato da viaggiatori esigemti e buongustai come noi !

On a très bien mangé dans cette pizzeria qui confectionne de belles pizzas. Généreusement servie et bien garnie, la pizza vendue au mètre !
Service tout sourire et efficace, la soirée est excellente. Merci à Christian qui court partout.

Small but clean. The menu was literally given to us, without prices. Today it included
Pasta with meat or mushrooms, trattoria meat with vegetables, and dessert.
We only ordered
1/2 l of white wine, water, trattoria meat (grilled) for two, two coffees, and the service
The meat, including the veal chop, pancetta, pork sausages, and vegetables, was perfectly cooked. We couldn't finish it, but everything was delicious.
The final price was €51.

Great sardinian food, we had enough fish already on our trip and wanted some meat. They had a great steak to try! Very nice waiter as well.
