I had a family lunch on August 15th, where restaurants generally prepare dishes more superficially, but I was pleasantly surprised. Generous portions, quality food, excellent and helpful service. We suffered a little from the heat under the gazebo outside but the pleasure of lunch made sure we had an excellent day. We had lunch at the Osteria Il Ritrovo and had an excellent experience. Great food, cozy atmosphere, nice local wine and very reasonable price. Outstanding pasta dishes - both tomato and mushroom. The meat dishes looked very good too. Easy to find and street parking nearby. Certainly worth the drive to Belmonte and the best restaurant in the village.
