Partiti per lavoro da Cortemilia, un tragitto lungo verso Cairo Montenotte senza l ombra di un bar o altro... Arriviamo in una curva ed ecco l'insegna del primo ristorante: Il Ristoro di Paolone. Da fuori eravamo titubanti, l ingresso ci ha sconfortato...poi arriviamo nel locale e ci si è aperto un mondo. Cinportano il cestino del pane con focaccia ligure, focaccia alla cipolla e pane fatto co l impasto della pizza...STRAORDINARIO! Primi ottimi e secondi gustosi. Proprio una bella scoperta. Bravi

Ideal for business lunches/dinners. Simple but very good cuisine. Truly professional staff with very minimal waiting times even at the busiest times

14/08/2024: Familiar and friendly atmosphere, excellent food with local products often of their own production. The owner is kind, generous and helpful.
10/08/2024: Farmhouse a little far from the sea, but which allows you to fully enjoy nature and clean air. The farmhouse, in addition to hosting numerous animals, enjoys all possible comforts. The outdoor swimming pool and the outdoor area with games are beautiful, ideal for children. Excellent breakfast with their typical products. We had a wonderful weekend and we will definitely be back!!

03/11/2024: We went to this restaurant last night. The starter was very good and rich, as were the pansotti. We had a small problem with the grilled meat but it was handled perfectly by the staff, and for this reason, we will definitely return.

Located in a very welcoming environment, it offers a warm and convivial atmosphere, perfect both for romantic dinners and for business meetings or evenings with friends. The quality of the dishes is excellent: each course is prepared with very fresh and seasonal ingredients, many of which come from local producers
