I don't like receiving plates full of food but not even two transparent slices of meat and 3 spoons of risotto 1 course + sweet coffee, water and wine 60 euros

Culinarily speaking, the food is quite refined. The menu offers few choices. The location, the wine, the snails bourguignonne, the beetroot gnocchi in parmesan cream were delicacies. All between a divine Patty Pravo who comes out in the background from the speakers between two rooms (for about ten people each... one with a fireplace/grill) surmounted by ancient vaults in red bricks... Paolo who has been giving life to this reality since 2003 with merit, and all his dedication towards customers and quality; but last but not least the meticulousness with which he cooks the grilled meat on the fireplace in the dining room👏👏👏👏. (P.S. next to a great man there is always a great woman: his fantastic wife!!!!! ...who this evening, in an extraordinary way, supported him. And the chef Roberto in the kitchen who, in perfect synergy , it would surprise anyone. As you might expect, the cost is above average. Difficult to find parking.

The maximum number of stars for a small restaurant, of a beauty capable of making you relive the architecture of the 19th century buildings. Sublime cuisine and low prices in proportion to the highest level of quality. I recommend the meats and the herb risotto, sublime. The wines are also excellent.
