Family-run restaurant with a rustic atmosphere. In the summer you can enjoy the large terrace with a spectacular view of the whole of Arezzo. The pizza is cooked in a wood oven, really digestible and abundantly seasoned. The meat is delicious and cooked on the grill. The first courses and other classic dishes are delicious. The service is impeccable and very helpful. The prices are low. The bathrooms are very large.

A simple place, but the two owners, with their no-frills yet enviably friendly approach, make you feel right at home. The typical Tuscan cuisine reminds me of my dad's. The last stretch of road is bumpy, but don't worry, anyone can get there. It's worth a try; you'll see, you'll be back if you're in the area. Traditional Tuscan Food

02/03/2026: Excellent restaurant: extensive, high-quality menu, warm and welcoming atmosphere in the most iconic part of the village of Poppi.
13/12/2025: This restaurant is located in an old, well-maintained and truly welcoming building. It serves traditional Tuscan cuisine, well-prepared and delicious. Fast and competent service, excellent value for money, and I'll gladly return when I'm in the area.

Trattoria La Vigna

07/01/2026: Impeccable quality. A very charming restaurant with a super homey location, right next to the main street that encompasses Arezzo's culinary traditions. The menu is quite varied; we opted for a set menu since there were many of us: Chianina-style pici, sliced ​​steak, and a local antipasto. Everything was truly delicious! The pici were wonderful: cooked al dente (homemade, of course) and with a fantastic ragù. Not to mention the meat: incredible cut, cooked rare as per tradition, and exceptional flavor. The only flaws: the wine (unfortunately in Tuscany) wasn't the best, but that particular brand must have been the problem, and the service: often distracted and unwelcoming, unlike the owner, who was affable and very friendly. The price was in line with the quality of the meal: highly recommended!
28/12/2025: A standard-quality trattoria. Pleasant atmosphere and somewhat unfriendly service. Definitely not top-notch overall. Give it a try.
