From the point of view of what we ate, nothing to say, everything was excellent, but the access to the restaurant is not at all well-kept and therefore it is not a good calling card.

A quaint restaurant in the historic center of Viterbo with a traditional local flavor.
It's a shame the selection is limited, because the place is truly charming.
The staff is truly knowledgeable and professional, especially when it comes to wine pairings, which, when combined with the good food, make the experience a true journey of flavor.

A medieval experience in the center of Viterbo. A charming location, with an outdoor area closed in the winter. Friendly and attentive staff.
A tasting menu is available, with very reasonable prices (35 or 40 euros per person).
The chickpea and chestnut soup is incredible, as is the pork with plums. It's impossible not to try it!

I had dinner at this restaurant with my family, with its unique and charming atmosphere, where time seems to have stood still. The quality and authenticity are top-notch. From the creamy pecorino cheese to the warm bread with sauces, from the typical local handmade pasta, lombrichelli alla vitorchianese (a sauce with fennel and pecorino), from the lombrichelli with broccoli, raisins, and sausage, to desserts like the wine-filled donuts. The local Viterbo wine was delicious. Everything was superb. I can't wait to return to beautiful Viterbo to eat here again. The price was absolutely right, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

A typical Viterbo restaurant, with a rustic feel but featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. A simple menu with excellent options reflects the freshness of the ingredients.
A relaxed atmosphere with a large, beautiful fireplace. Excellent value; the soups are highly recommended.
