Gorgeous little town and an amazing restaurant not to be missed . We loved the food and service! Authentic traditional recipes and an amazing selection of wine. Do listen to their wine recommendation they do know the best :)

A very nice restaurant in the historic center of Viterbo, within walking distance of the B&B for a couples' weekend.
The food was very good, pleasant, and light, and we enjoyed everything, from the soup as an appetizer to the main courses, the side dishes, and the coffee. The service was competent and friendly (Giuseppe was very friendly and gave us the best recommendations).

My boyfriend and I discovered this restaurant a year ago and immediately fell in love with it. We returned last weekend and it confirmed everything! The place is really cute and intimate, both inside, which is wonderfully rustic with a fireplace, and outside in the courtyard. The food is truly delicious. I'm a vegetarian and I love the wide selection of tasty dishes. The staff is the icing on the cake: kind, courteous, and impeccable. We live in Rome, and that doesn't stop us from coming back! We've grown fond of it now, and it's a regular stop!

This place was recommended by our host in Viterbo. A delightful evening and excellent food. We were warmly welcomed, thanks to the friendliness and kindness of the staff and owner. Traditional dishes revisited with taste, wholesome and authentic. The juniper-smoked chicken and the spreadable sauces were nothing short of spectacular. The fortified wine produced by Mr. @giuseppesambuchi was excellent. We can't wait to visit Viterbo again to try all your dishes.

Informal atmosphere, very good vegetarian options. Attentive service and very friendly staff. It's perhaps a bit pricey for the food offered, but it's still right in the city center.

Our host in Viterbo recommended this place to us, and he gave us a great recommendation. The restaurant, with outdoor seating, offers dishes that combine tradition with a gourmet twist. Both the appetizers (especially the medallions) and the main courses are excellent. Highly recommended.
