Let's start with the food: good bombette, not comparable to those cooked on the stove (stratospheric) but good! Straccetti overcooked: but perhaps it was by chance. Impersonal staff... they don't count you until you ask for the bill, so they make a joke (maybe you leave a tip) but during the evening they are neither courteous nor rude, busy I would say... Very nice environment with fairly spaced tables, little lights that create a soft environment.

In the old town square. in a fascinating setting. Excellent meat. I don't think I need to add anything else!!! super staff, kind, prepared, young and also nice....

Nothing to complain about other than the excessive noise, however, since it is an outdoor venue it can be tolerated. Ultimately it depends on the people more than the managers. This evening there was someone who occasionally played a stadium trumpet and a couple of dogs who barked repeatedly. Despite this we had a lovely evening and left after 1am. The meat was excellent and beautifully prepared on the grill.

I come from Verona, the braceria immediately caught my eye while I was walking through the center of Pulsano. You order all the meat you want directly at the counter, they cook it on the spot and after a few minutes they serve it at the table. Excellent service, polite and fast. More than good price. Highly recommended (also for families)!!!

Lovely place, really great food and super friendly and efficient staff. Prices are more than in line with local prices. I come back every year more than willingly. I would recommend it to everyone

22/08/2024: What can I say, a grill of a certain level, superlative meat. Perfect cooking of meat. I took an American Angus, soft as butter, it released a unique flavor with every bite. Artfully made Apulian bombettes, very soft and rich in flavour. Really compliments. Congratulations also to the staff, friendly and attentive to every need. I will definitely be back when I'm in town. A heartfelt thank you for letting me try meat that I will hardly find anywhere else...!!!
20/08/2024: Very particular place, very good meat, especially the mixed innard rolls. I didn't love the organization. Booked at 10.00pm, the table was not yet available when we arrived, it can happen, except that at the same time the patrons of all the other tables also arrived for an evident 'second shift' perhaps not communicated to us. A bit of management has therefore been created and the wait has increased because to order you have to choose the meat one table at a time at the counter. A little more organization would bring the stars to 5.

27/07/2024: Absolutely to go there and return! Excellent service, staff always present and very kind, everything delicious from the wine to the appetizers up to the bombette, sausage and strips of capocollo and dessert! Very quiet place to enjoy a relaxing dinner! I can not wait to come back!
