Well-kept and particular place, excellent quality products, ideal for spending a nice evening enjoying good food, prices proportionate to the quality of the food. The meat prepared in various ways is very tasty, including in the traditional way with sauce.......Great place, definitely coming back!!!

27/11/2024: Experience of absolute value. Gnummariedde and bombette... the best I've ever eaten. Small but welcoming and typical location (I think) of the area (Valle d'Itra Etrulli). In the historic center.
10/11/2024: Excellent grill with a small but welcoming room. The staff is very attentive and always present, meat can be ordered upon entering the restaurant or from the menu. The breaded capocollo deserves attention, tasty and not dry like the bombette. The potatoes are cooked under the ashes. Dinner at the "Braceria Granaldi" is an experience worth having to spend a nice evening.

08/11/2024: Excellent barbecue in the center of Martina Franca. Simple and friendly service, with fair prices in line with the excellent quality of the raw materials, cooked perfectly. The mixed roast is recommended. Also suitable for solo dinners or lunches
