This place is a real gem in the heart of Pulsano. It embodies all the typical characteristics of Puglia. In the summer the square fills with lights and rosettes. The restaurant also has two large rooms inside... totally in the typical stone of the Itria valley. The meat here is exceptional, the appetizers are no less... The portions are all abundant and the quality/price ratio is more than honest. The staff is more than kind and helpful, from the manager to the numerous waiters who are always ready to make the service rather fast and efficient. The desserts are phenomenal... I particularly recommend the Nutella cheesecake. It's divine.

A guarantee, choice of meat directly at the counter of wonders, top quality and service. Location with very well organized and helpful staff. Absolutely competitive prices. Exceptional quality-price ratio Even though it is always full, the wait is really short. Fabulous location directly on the beautiful square.

Storica braceria nel cuore del bel centro di Pulsano. Fra vicoli addobbati con le decorazioni più varie si arriva a questa piazza decorata da centinaia di luci e con un bell’ulivo centrale . Ci si siede, si va scegliere la carne e la serata è fatta! Carne buona , servizio veloce e gentile . Insomma una bella serata!

08/06/2025: My wife and I booked dinner here at Braceria Granaldi, at 8 pm. Upon arrival we were greeted with staff who were friendly and very helpful. We decided to choose the meat we wanted, rather than looking at a menu. It seemed for traditional do it that way. The food was excellent. Can’t remember what we actually had but just enjoyed it so much. We sat upstairs in the comfort of the air con because of the warm spring air. Upon leaving table were set outside with lights that made the mood really good! Next time I think we will sit outside, like numerous others were doing. Happy to give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for the beautiful food, atmosphere and service❣️

27/06/2025: Unique place in the area suitable for families and attentive to celiacs. But I have to point out one flaw. It is not possible that the bathrooms lack soap and towels.... This aspect must necessarily be improved!
22/06/2025: I am a regular customer of delivery. Unfortunately lately the service has dropped a lot. The condiments always arrive all stuck to the cardboard making it practically impossible to eat what you ordered. Before, all the uncooked products were supplied in special trays. I tried to report the problem but there is no way to contact. A real shame because in terms of service and quality there is no comparison with other delivery services..but these little things are essential for a good delivery.
