05/10/2025: We discovered it by chance. We enter and are immediately struck by the refined decor and the intimate, relaxing atmosphere it creates. As we sit at our table, we can't help but notice a peculiarity of the menu: essentiality, a trait we later learned is a hallmark of this place, as if to say "few but good"—very good, I'd say. You may or may not like this choice, but I honestly appreciated it. Rather than peppering the menu with a thousand fantastical options to the point of making you anxious about choosing, here we focus on the essentials, a return to the origins. And we want to sample as many as possible, so we opt for the tasting menu. The impeccable and accommodating waiters serve us platters of various "tastes" (I'll leave the portions up to you to decide): personally, I found each one exquisite; the ingredients are top-quality, and the preparation is, in my opinion, divine. Another extremely welcome feature: the pizza chef took care, in a quiet moment, to make sure every table was satisfied, which is uncommon. At the end of the evening, I admit I was a bit disappointed, as the tasting portions were far too generous, and for the quality and quantity, I think the bill was more than fair (contrary to those who thought they were at "dear" Flavio's). My only regret is that you're a bit out of the way for my area, but when I get back to Follina, I know exactly where to stop.
04/10/2025: I got a pizza at 11 p.m. The place was already empty, but it was no problem getting a pizza. Very good and well-topped. 👍
