Pizza party with friends before Christmas. Considering the time of year, it's understandable that the place wasn't crowded. Which is a good thing. Short wait for pizzas, accompanied by beer and water. The atmosphere was renovated and clean.

I've had a pizza with stracciatella at another place in the past and found it truly excellent. Here at Il Presidente, however, I was a bit disappointed. The pizzas taste good, but unfortunately, they're too moist—not just the one with stracciatella, but the others as well. It becomes difficult to eat them with your hands, and over time, the crust tends to become rubbery. I know there are pizzerias where the pizza stays dry and enjoyable until the last bite, so I think there's room for improvement here too.

I'd heard good things about it and, as a pizza lover, wanted to try it for myself. Highly recommended! The quality of the ingredients is excellent, as is the light, leavened dough. The pizza is Neapolitan-style. The quality of the fried foods is amazing, not greasy at all, and the croquettes... The best I've ever eaten.

Excellent pizzeria, modern environment and quality products…the only problem is the heat inside despite the air conditioning.
