At Colli Portuensi, a location that has changed significantly over the years but remains dear to our hearts, very popular yet discreet, refined, with a wide selection of pastries, ice cream, and snacks. We often choose it for aperitifs, and the cocktails are excellent.

I've known this place for 40 years, when it was a simple trattoria that made the best pizza in the neighborhood and mouth-watering bruschetta. Next door was a place that sold delicious gelato. Years later, it's had a makeover, but there's no substance, just appearance. The music is so loud it's impossible to talk, the €6 per person consumption requirement after 6:00 PM, portions are less than half the size they used to be, and the gelato tastes like nothing. Get off your high horse; the old owners were always offering delicacies and kindness. Now the waiters are haughty, unprepared if you ask how that type of gelato is made, and show no empathy for the customers. How disappointing! 2025: I'm changing my review: the music is better, the menu is better, the staff is better, the breakfast is excellent... but the gelato still tastes like nothing.

I went for an aperitif, good, I'm not complaining, I paid 20 for a spritz and the platter but they offer many things to nibble, plus the place is nice, then I stopped by one evening with my mom and my husband for an ice cream, it was 9:30 pm this month (August) so we sat outside, there were plenty of free seats... at a certain point the girl at the tables comes and tells us you have to move inside or you'll pay €6 instead of €2... in a grumpy tone, as if it were obvious that we wouldn't have placed orders at the table, she could have easily asked if we needed table service or if we needed the menu... and that for the ice creams the tables are the ones inside... there are ways and ways, you're not moving sheep and you can't count the customers' pockets, she simply inquires politely, in any case there was a bit of bad mood everywhere...

Delicious food with excellent desserts. Delicious genuine gelato (in the freezer with metal lids on top)

Excellent bar, very good products and a lot of choice, over the years it has grown in quality and also in prices, but it is still a guarantee of quality and availability for very long opening hours

We found this historic location, "Il Pozzo since 1973," to be quite modern and elegant inside. The desserts, yogurts, and various ice creams we ordered were high-quality and delicious, while the service wasn't fast, but it wasn't slow either—we waited just enough. The prices, in my opinion, are a bit high. The spoon used to eat the yogurt was microscopic, so it took me an hour to finish it. With a bit of luck, you can find parking, but if you're unlucky like me...good luck! I recommend it if you want to enjoy ice cream!

A historic spot in the Portuensi hills that everyone truly knows. A classic aperitif, nothing spectacular, just a decent serving.

Ottimo bar con cornetti buoni ma non eccezionali. Molto buona invece l'apericena al prezzo fisso di 10 euro con vasta scelta di cose da mangiare.
