On a quiet side street in a quiet town, it welcomes you with an outdoor area complete with swimming pool and gazebo with numerous tables. Tastefully furnished interior, simple and bright. Menu with well-executed traditional dishes, but also with more imaginative dishes with excellent combinations. Family service but which makes up for the small number of employees with commitment. Wine list not very extensive, but perfectly functional. Adequate prices, good value for money. Stop to repeat.

Si vous êtes dans le coin, n’hésitez plus à venir goûter les spécialités sardes de ce beau complexe. Les plats sont autour de 15€ et 17€… Mais c’est du gastro par contre !!!!

Excellent food, really good, not at all obvious, beautiful environment, nice and clean, but the service, alas, distracted! I don't blame the waiter who was really kind, but whoever handled the orders behind him: appetizer came out after the first courses and then if I order a sweet moscato, don't bring me a passito making me stupid and happy! I didn't say anything at the time because it really wasn't the case also because I like it, but I would have preferred to have been asked before, telling me that the moscato was not available and not having the passito arrive directly at the table as a fait accompli. In any case I would gladly go back and I hope this can be seen as constructive criticism.

If Mores had the sea... it would be a very small Cagliari. Usually you come here for the fantastic mix of cheeses from the local farmers' cooperative, or for that hidden little shop selling sweets produced in the true Sardinian tradition, and if you really stop to enjoy something complete, you would certainly focus on the famous local meat; but if you choose to taste the Sardinian sea in the very heart of this land, you would be somewhat doubtful about the real ability to be able to satisfy yourself in this regard. And instead... probably the freshest fish, in its travels around the island, finds the most suitable place in this place, and in the hands of its Chef. For freshness, proposal and method. So, a real invitation to try. And it was the second time, for me. So a confirmation, which clearly shows that, if you are passionate about what you love to do, the result does not come by chance. Also good in service, easy to find place, convenient parking. Compliments

If you want to have a gastronomic experience of excellent quality and different from the usual, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Excellent food, excellent wine, a lovely and relaxing location. Fair prices given the high quality of the products used for the dishes.
