Il Postiglione In Minturno

04/12/2025: I came for dinner with my partner this evening, Thursday, booking through TheFork. The restaurant is small but elegant. It seats less than 30 people inside, but there's plenty of outdoor space. Curious to try their cuisine, we ordered a portion of sweet potato fries as an appetizer: light and crispy. The owner took the opportunity to let us try their barbecue sauce: good, definitely unique. If you're expecting the classic packaged sauce, you'll be disappointed, but if you're looking for something unique, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Next, we tried the Memphis Bacon BBQ and the Bacon Deluxe. Very similar, extremely good: light bread, excellent burgers, delicious sauces... In short, I wanted to eat an extraordinary sandwich this evening, and I found it! Finally, we decided to try their New York cheesecake with berries: light as a cloud (and the jam is homemade, by the way!) In conclusion, we ate well, high-quality food in a comfortable atmosphere, pampered by the kind and unobtrusive owner. We'll definitely be back to try more of their cuisine!

28/11/2025: We ate really well, but it's a shame that most of the place is outdoors and it's cold, because there are few heaters and they're not enough.
