17/08/2025: We set out from Trani to Moliterno to try the renowned Pizzeria Zio Paolo, recommended by trusted people. Our expectations were not disappointed: the pizza is extraordinary, made with fresh ingredients and a light, easily digestible dough. The owner, Zio Paolo, welcomed us with kindness and warmth. The warm, family-friendly atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable, perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a sociable gathering. We will definitely be back.

17/08/2025: We came to this pizzeria in the small village of Moliterno on the recommendation of a friend, and it was truly an excellent choice. We tried several pizzas, each one better than the last. I especially recommend the special Sentimento pizza. We can't wait to go back!
