Very crowded pizzeria on a Saturday evening, I was right to book. Despite this, the service is fast and efficient. Furthermore the pizza ordered was absolutely delicious. Of note is a rather varied menu and the possibility of having doughs with particular flours. I will definitely return when I'm in the area

Always at the top. Antonio and his wife are a security in Ponsacco and in the Valdera. The staff is a guarantee, because together they create a winning team. Well done

Excellent pizza, but time has its measure... There's no need to call because they'll tell you one hour and then.... An extra 30 minutes must always be calculated!!!

17/05/2025: Great price quality, delicious food. You don't have to be talked into it here. The lady serving was friendly, patient and remembered what everyone had ordered. We didn't have to wait long and it was definitely tasty. Nice interior of the terrace, the tables are a bit further apart here, which we liked.

03/05/2025: We visit this restaurant every year for the past 5 years and it’s beyond amazing. It’s hard to find a glutenfree friendly restaurant that serves pizzas that great. My mom enjoys the glutenfree pizza and I like to share a “pizzone” with my dad. It’s a mega pizza served on a wooden platter. If you are up for something special, please try this. It’s only 16€ and you can choose 3 different pizza types like the picture I added. Normal pizzas are around 8-9€. Hats off for this place, thank you and see you next year!
23/04/2025: Sweet staff, food tastes delicious and freshly made, its really nicely decorated. The service was amazing and the time of opening is really tourist friendly!
