I only used the hotel without the spa. Hotel ok, the rooms are clean but the mobility is a little ruined.

Hotel always open to welcome guests. Excellent price/quality ratio. Cozy room. Convenient location both for visiting Arezzo and its surroundings while staying out of the chaos, and for making an intermediate stop between north and south due to its location not far from the motorway exit.

4 star hotel located on the street easily reachable from Arezzo. It is an old 4 star hotel lacking in room maintenance... perhaps the low price is due to this. The room was not very clean, dirty carpet, cobwebs, walls to be repainted. The staff very friendly. Complete breakfast with sweet and savory options
