We stayed at this 4-star hotel and had an overall positive experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and welcoming, though a bit dated: the furniture has several flaws that deserve attention. I also expected a more thorough level of cleanliness, considering the hotel's category. Overall, it's decent, but with a few improvements, it could truly live up to its advertised 4-star rating.

One of Arezzo's best kept secrets – and one of its best values. What truly sets this hotel apart from others in Tuscany is the wonderful staff. We were amazed by the way they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the guests are comfortable and have everything they need. Ilaria took such good care of us, we're still talking about her! We will stay at Hotel Il Gentiluomo many times in the future...

We stayed at Hotel Il Gentiluomo and I have to say it was a very positive experience! The structure is really beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, a real strong point! The price is more than reasonable considering the quality of the service. The only flaw is the entrance for vehicles, a bit inconvenient because you pass by a petrol station, but all in all it is a small detail. I highly recommend this hotel to those looking for a comfortable and no-frills stay 4.5/5 stars.

The hotel is halfway between the center of Arezzo and the highway exit so easily reachable, my room was almost new so very satisfactory and also the bathroom was spacious with a beautiful shower box. There is also a SPA available but unfortunately we did not have time to use it, too bad it will be for the next one, because if we have the opportunity we will definitely return. Breakfast is normal

We stayed for a weekend...the rooms were not super clean however the service was excellent and the reception very kind...considering the period (May) the prices were normal...overall a recommended place

16/08/2025: Invited by friends, I dined at this place, which I wasn't familiar with. We dined inside a glass-enclosed space overlooking the garden. It was pleasant. It was a sparsely crowded evening, so I expected a little more speed, but no big deal. The quality/price ratio was average... The staff was friendly and smiling. My only concerns... 1) The tables, one high and one low, are annoyingly close together. 2) The bathrooms weren't very clean.
21/06/2025: Simply impeccable! Every aspect of the experience was beyond all expectations. The quality, attention to detail and professionalism convey a rare care to find. It is clear that behind it there is passion, competence and a genuine commitment to wanting to offer the best. Everything worked perfectly, with impeccable timing and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Highly recommended, an experience to repeat and recommend to anyone looking for something truly special. I want to sincerely compliment the owner: it is rare to meet someone so attentive, helpful and passionate about their work. You can see that there is enormous care in everything he does, from the quality of the service to the warm welcome. Very affordable price

Speedy Pizza & Coffee

26/04/2025: Very good focaccia with prosiuto and mozzarella. Good cake and taste. Quickly served and cheap. Very friendly and smiling ladies. I recommend it for a quick meal.
