Overall, the hotel is excellent by 4-star standards. The only flaw was the dinner at the hotel, which I strongly advise against, both in terms of food and service. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide selection, and dinner was also good, featuring local cuisine. Unfortunately, we stayed in room 111, which was a bit dated and poorly maintained. The ceiling in the room entrance was under renovation, a broken clothes hanger in the entrance hall, and a hole in an awning. The spa experience was wonderful, with a relaxing massage and various pleasant treatments. Friendly and helpful staff.

Recommended hotel, excellent service and very kind staff

I chose this 4-star hotel primarily for its truly strategic location: right off the highway, with convenient parking and next to a gas station. The property is also convenient for easily reaching the center of Arezzo, if desired. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn't as positive as I'd hoped. The main criticism concerns the rooms, which appear decidedly dated and poorly maintained: damaged ceilings in some areas, obvious stains on the carpet, a bathroom with dirt marks on the sink and floor, a malfunctioning ventilation system, and dirty windows. Considering the hotel's advertised level of service, I would have expected a significantly higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. After seeing the room, I also decided to forgo using the spa. Dinner at the hotel restaurant, however, was decidedly better. Although the dining room is also quite dated, the menu was particularly impressive. I tried black cabbage crostoni, pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, ribollita soup, and for dessert, homemade cantucci. I paired it with a Tuscan wine. The dishes were well-executed, authentically local, and overall good quality. The wait staff was very friendly, especially Debora, who looked after my table with professionalism and kindness. Breakfast was decent. One of the establishment's strengths—which justifies the third star; otherwise, the rating would have been two—is undoubtedly the staff, who are always helpful and courteous. However, this aspect, combined with the critical points highlighted, is not enough to justify the price paid.

Excellent and strategic structure for those like me who travel frequently by car, easily accessible and not far from the Arezzo motorway exit.

On our way home, tired from a long day, we stopped at this hotel and were greeted with great kindness and warmth by Mrs. Gigliola at the reception. A truly unique welcome that immediately made us feel at ease. The hotel is strategically located, perfect for those—like us—who need a convenient stopover during their trip. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. An excellent choice for a rejuvenating break!

The rooms are nice and welcoming, though a bit dated: the furniture has several flaws that deserve attention. I also expected a more thorough level of cleanliness, considering the hotel's category. Overall, it's decent, but with a few improvements, it could truly live up to its advertised 4-star rating.
