It's a true specialty. ​The schiacciata is stuffed with incredibly high-quality cured meats: every bite is a fantastic combination of flavors, with flavorful and authentic cured meats. ​Besides being delicious, the quality-price ratio is exceptional. It's rare to find such a tasty and well-made product at such a fair price. I'll definitely be back.

I wanted a simple toasted ham and cheese Panini, but pizzacagnolo delivered a much better version of what I had in mind. The ham (prosciutto coto) was incredible, but the bread (some “top secret proprietary recipe” - the owner said) was a version of a light airy pizza dough. It was great and so inexpensive.

Small, tiny I'd say, but majestic in its food, beer, and friendliness!! Freshly baked focaccia caters to all tastes, from the carnivorous to those, like me, who are vegetarian. And the owner is a true blend of kindness and courtesy. When in Città della Pieve, you can't miss eating here.

Che dire, siamo arrivati in 10 e siamo stati serviti tutti nello stesso momento. Potrebbe sembrare scontato se non fosse che il locale è gestito da una sola persona che prende gli ordini, fa pagare e prepara e, soprattutto, ogni schiacciata è cotta e preparata al momento. Materie prime ottime, come anche le birre artigianali. Se passate per Città della pieve mangiare qui è d’obbligo.
