I wanted a simple toasted ham and cheese Panini, but pizzacagnolo delivered a much better version of what I had in mind. The ham (prosciutto coto) was incredible, but the bread (some “top secret proprietary recipe” - the owner said) was a version of a light airy pizza dough. It was great and so inexpensive.

Small, tiny I'd say, but majestic in its food, beer, and friendliness!! Freshly baked focaccia caters to all tastes, from the carnivorous to those, like me, who are vegetarian. And the owner is a true blend of kindness and courtesy. When in Città della Pieve, you can't miss eating here.

We discovered it by chance for a quick lunch and were blown away. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and the schiacciata dough was sublime, freshly prepared. The owner was friendly and served very quickly, despite being the only person working there. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

I couldn’t decide which Panini I would rather take, so I relied on the chefs recommendation and he gave me the best Panini ever 🥳 Nice place direct on the, I would say center place.

Che dire, siamo arrivati in 10 e siamo stati serviti tutti nello stesso momento. Potrebbe sembrare scontato se non fosse che il locale è gestito da una sola persona che prende gli ordini, fa pagare e prepara e, soprattutto, ogni schiacciata è cotta e preparata al momento. Materie prime ottime, come anche le birre artigianali. Se passate per Città della pieve mangiare qui è d’obbligo.
