22/03/2025: If you are looking for a place to feel at home in the heart of Trevi, Trattoria La Bigonza is a must! Michele, the owner, is truly a super host: welcoming, helpful and ready to make you live a unique experience. We started with a phenomenal appetizer: the crostone with Ciauscolo, traditional and abundant, which immediately won us over for its authentic flavor and the quality of the ingredients. For the first courses, we tried the Grigia with mushrooms and the Cannelloni with artichokes: both excellent dishes, prepared with care and absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfect and the toppings rich in flavor. For the second course, we chose the livers and meatballs, both exquisite dishes that left us speechless for their goodness. As a side dish, the roast potatoes were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The environment of the trattoria is super cute and original, with an atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. It is the kind of place that manages to combine tradition with a touch of modernity, creating a pleasant and relaxing experience.
