Il pizzaiolo In Poirino

15/05/2025: Poldo is now an institution in Borgo San Paolo, a pizzeria that has been open for many years, where it is always nice to return. A simple place, with paper tablecloths and a slightly old-fashioned atmosphere, but the pan pizza is excellent. The farinata is good. It's a shame that the desserts are packaged by Bindi and not prepared internally. Kind and smiling staff, fast service.

15/05/2025: Returned last night after a long time. Fantastic farinata, it is its strong point. Two pan pizzas, a Margherita and one with grilled vegetables, very soft, the aubergines should be cut thinner because they remain too watery. A medium draft beer. Fast service, always full and known for years in the San Paolo district.
