Excellent cuisine, good service and attention to gluten intolerance. It would be nice if they were part of the Italian Celiac Association's program to be 100% gluten-free.

Impeccable food and service if you like hospitality, the real one, sincere and lively (not fake). My wife and I ended up there by chance and ate the best Matriciana and Gricia in the world. Thank you

Lunch at Pilota is now a fixed stop every time I pass through these parts. Excellent quality raw materials, abundant and homemade dishes. I love matriciana. Highly recommended

26/11/2024: I have known "Bruno's focaccia" for some time. From the good times of "EmmeZeta". The pizzeria was a regular stop. Focaccia and other products always live up to expectations. This was the first time, however, that I visited the new place and I must say that it has risen in level, both in terms of location and for the wide gastronomic choice, much wider than before.

18/11/2024: La cordialità e disponibilità con la quale siamo stati ospitati non verrà dimenticata. Le pietanze squisite composte da ottime materie prime e il clima gioviale e professionale allo stesso tempo completano il quadro di una esperienza da 5 stelle. Una coccola culinaria che consiglio a tutti e che potrà lasciarvi una sensazione di … leggera follia 😜… nel borgo dove si respira ancora l aria del grande Lucio Battisti.
01/11/2024: What can I say: the view at sunset is breathtaking and this alone is worth the trip. In summer you can dine outdoors in the small pedestrian square in front. Silence, peace and serenity are the sensations that envelop you. A team of young people runs the place: well-presented, but simple and standard dishes.
