Questo ristorante ubicato a Pista,sulla Salaria, accoglie in un luogo gradevole, informale ed in mezzo alla natura. Di attenta e cortese gestione familiare, la cucina è ottima,i piatti gustosi ed abbondanti fatti con materie prime eccellenti ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo lascia ,in positivo, senza parole. Sicuramente consigliato come è preferibile la prenotazione, specialmente per le festività, sia estive che invernali.

Informal and very nice family-run restaurant, which offers abundant and tasty dishes. Enjoyable both in summer and winter, reservations are preferable for both winter and summer holidays and for weekends. Excellent value for money.

An excellent lunch in a family atmosphere. The ravioli with Barolo stew with courgettes and bacon were delicious as were the gricia and amatriciana. The mixed grill is excellent. I appreciated the kindness of the owner who satisfied our various requests and also the possibility of taking away anything not consumed. We will certainly return.
