Excellent cuisine, good service and attention to gluten intolerance. It would be nice if they were part of the Italian Celiac Association program to be 100% gluten-free.

Impeccable food and service if you like hospitality, the real one, sincere and lively (not fake). My wife and I ended up there by chance and ate the best Matriciana and Gricia in the world. Thank you

Lunch at Pilota is now a fixed stop every time I pass through these parts. Excellent quality raw materials, abundant and homemade dishes. I love matriciana. Highly recommended

28/12/2024: Located immersed in the woods, there is a centuries-old oak tree under which you can eat. Generous, delicious and genuine dishes. We ate in the room with the fireplace. The owners very kind. Highly recommended.☺️
