This evening we had dinner at this seaside restaurant, a real surprise in every way. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The chef was truly amazing: attentive, spontaneous, and professional! I hope to return to this special place soon. Thank you so much 💓

A stunning location with a breathtaking view. You can enjoy excellent fish cooked and served to perfection. The staff is courteous, professional, and friendly.

The Pilot, highly recommended. Last night we came across a sign for an aperitif with a platter...we decided to follow the arrow leading above the passenger terminal of the maritime station.... We were welcomed by a refined restaurant and a terrace directly overlooking the sea, almost like the deck of a ship. We took a seat and ordered an aperitif...we were amazed by the culinary experience they brought us. We started with fries and a basket of crostini, and then...a wonderful, endless variety of fantastic products. Balanced and rich Trapanese caponata, octopus salad, two sushi samples 🍣, swordfish meatballs with fennel, tuna carpaccio, Panelle...and what panelle! In short, it was truly a wonderful surprise. The chef conveyed all her passion and skill. Sincere compliments to the entire staff. That's all for now, but we'll be back for dinner to try your dishes, and I'm sure you'll amaze us.

A truly wonderful place, with top-quality food and incredibly friendly staff! The chef is exceptional, always friendly, smiling, and knows how to give excellent advice. Highly recommended! You won't regret it! 🍽

Dinner for 10 Besides eating well, you also eat happily!

Dishes ordered: • Tuna meatballs • Grilled tuna bites with soy sauce • Busiate with Trapani pesto • 3 coffees The two appetizers went down like a slide, delicious The first one took a while to arrive, but it was a delicacy The restaurant is located in the passenger terminal of the port of Trapani, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the port. Individual and well-spaced tables; there is a minibar service. The chairs do not stop your blood so your legs do not fall asleep but since I am a person of average height, the tables are quite low. Terrace with a view of the sea, port, islands ✓ The service is quite fast but the delivery of the dishes is a bit slow and ten minutes for 3 coffees is perhaps a bit too much, there are not many customers, but despite this it is a restaurant that deserves it for the food it has to offer, and that is not a small thing!

Enchanting location inside the Trapani Maritime Station, away from the usual tourist spots. Chef Vita will take you, like a "seasoned Pilot", on a unique taste journey into the world of "fresh" fish-based cuisine. Exquisite and unique appetizers (I couldn't count them but they seemed endless), gourmet first courses, for the risotto I can't find the right superlative to comment on it. Highly recommended!!! P.S.: Only the bold get to the second course.

Meravigliosa location con vista sul mare a 180 gradi, bella musica, ottimo cibo e personale premuroso e attento. Buone le buscate con vongole e zucchine frittte. il risotto ai frutti di mare, risultato troppo piccante, è stato immediatamente ritirato, rifatto e servito con su un bel gamberone, il cameriere ha chiesto scusa almeno 20 volte e alla fine ci ha offerto anche il sorbetto al limone con 2 enormi fragoloni dolcissimi. Mentre stavo per gustare il sorbetto è partito uno dei brani più belli dei Pink Floyd: mi sono precipitata ad ascoltarlo sul terrazzino circondata dal mare. Un regalo più bello non si poteva avere: musica mare e sorbetto in un sole incantevole. Grazie!!!
