After a 2024 period of questionable management, the restaurant has returned to its original management, and customers have also returned en masse. The service is courteous and attentive, and the menu is classic Marche fare, with vegetarian options also available.

The place is beautiful, the service very fast, the staff very kind, we ate an amazing grill, accompanied by very good cooked herbs. I recommend going there, it's really worth it.

15/08/2025: The breathtaking view is worth the price. The meat was good, the veal ribs in vinegar were delicious. On a sore point, All six of us didn't like the sugar-free, flavorless tiramisu.

09/07/2025: Quick and efficient lunch break. It's a tavern, so don't expect a Michelin-starred restaurant. They do their job admirably. Quick and friendly service, generous portions with excellent flavors. Recommended!
22/05/2025: For me, the taverna del monaco is a guarantee, for work I am very often in the baraccola area and if I have little time and want to eat well I know that here I can have the right compromise. The service is fast and attentive, you can always have a chat with Maria. The food is good and genuine, everything prepared at the moment, the thing I like most are the fish first courses always revised by chef Lorenzo. You always find something new. See you soon 😀
