Il Piastrino restaurant was a wonderful discovery. After an aperitif, we chose the 8-course Paesaggi menu: local dishes beautifully paired with surprising ingredients, evidently chosen with skill. An excellent sensory and taste experience in a refined and welcoming atmosphere, with impeccable and prompt service.

I recommend an aperitif with Americano. Excellent.

Lunch at Il Piastrino in Pennabilli, my first experience at a Michelin starred restaurant, was unforgettable. Tucked away in the hills of Emilia Romagna, the restaurant feels both poetic and grounded in its landscape. We spent the whole afternoon there with my Italian parents and the wife of Tonino Guerra, enjoying beautiful food, warmth and conversation that flowed effortlessly from start to finish. Chef Riccardo Agostini’s cooking tells the story of this land through delicate, expressive dishes. From golden ravioli filled with wild greens and zucchini blossoms stuffed with ricotta, to handmade pasta in herb sauces and tender lamb with fennel and grapes, every plate captured balance and soul. As Tonino Guerra wrote on the wall outside, “The world is beautiful, truly beautiful; one must never lose heart.” It was, without question, one of the best days ever.

Biblioteca, piscina, giochi ricreativi, aree verdi, parcheggio e molto cordiale e piacevole. The best restaurant I've ever tried! Refined, well-balanced dishes with exceptional flavor. Impeccable service, with special attention to detail, including gluten-free options. The location is stunning, with meticulous attention to detail that makes the experience even more special. What can I say? An absolute must-try. We'll definitely be back!
