Il servizio è impeccabile: attento, discreto e altamente professionale. Ogni piatto del menù degustazione è un perfetto equilibrio di sapori e creatività, con ingredienti freschi e di altissima qualità, provenienti dal territorio. La valorizzazione dei prodotti locali è il vero punto di forza della cucina, che riesce a esaltare tradizione e innovazione in ogni portata. La carta dei vini è ricercata e gli abbinamenti suggeriti esaltano ogni sapore. Un ristorante stellato che incarna l’eccellenza e la passione per il territorio, perfetto per chi cerca un’esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

Un luogo incantevole, Claudia e Riccardo sono gentilissimi e il cibo davvero ottimo. Siamo stati coccolati tutta la serata. Spero di tornare presto, consiglio questo ristorante a tutti! Si percepisce l'anima in ogni piatto.

The wait staff was friendly and prepared as you would expect from a super venue like this. Truly complete and rich tasting menu. Very well-stocked wine list but there is no pairing chosen for the tasting menu. To try and try again...

We were there for the first time yesterday December 29th. It is a magical place, the owners and all the staff are extremely kind, the dishes are very carefully prepared, an extensive wine list. To return as soon as possible.

A room with a lit fireplace accompanies the dishes which are like the rugged hill that surrounds them, with a strong and fascinating flavour. We tried the hill menu. The desserts are also excellent, however, for the winter I would have valued the cold notes less. Absolutely worth the trip from the coast; I'm sorry I didn't have time to visit Tonino Guerra's house!
