Restaurant with a welcoming location, very scrupulous and attentive staff, even though it was August and we hadn't booked, they welcomed us and quickly too (obviously we're always talking about high season), tasty first courses, I recommend them, the owner at the end offered us a local bitter, I will definitely return

I celebrated Ferragosto with my family here and I must say I was more than satisfied with the food (fresh fish), well-cooked and plentiful dishes, very good and well-organized service. My whole family was satisfied with the lunch. The pizza was also excellent. Compliments to all the staff.

01/11/2025: A place where the locals go. Then you know it's good. We've been coming here for years. Simple dishes but very tasty.
02/09/2025: Truly excellent, both the owner and the young man who works there are friendly and quite helpful. The pizza is truly excellent, both stuffed and Margherita. I recommend the 4 Formaggi, which is really good. The free cover charge is also nice and convenient, so you really get what you pay for. Recommended for both families and solo travelers. That said, I'll be back as soon as I can.

13/10/2025: Delicious food but the service was excellent. Very nice and helpful owners, when we asked to order a taxi, they didn't even want to hear about it, they took us to Ciro Marina for the price of dinner and wine. Thank you again.
16/09/2025: I've been coming to L'Aquila D'Oro for years, and every time it feels like coming home. The cuisine is authentically homemade and exudes all the warmth and passion of the family that runs it. In the kitchen, mom Elisabetta and Giuseppe prepare wonderful dishes, bursting with flavor and tradition. In the dining room, dad Salvatore and Giovanni always welcome you with a smile and a rare warmth: the hospitality here is truly special. I recommend everyone try the tripe, one of the restaurant's most incredible specialties: flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. L'Aquila D'Oro isn't just for good food, but for an experience of family, hospitality, and authentic cuisine. A place I will always hold in my heart.
