We've been ordering from you for years and have always had a good experience; the pizzas are good and the prices are okay. The real problem is that this is the umpteenth time you've been late. I understand that it can happen from time to time (maybe people don't leave their homes right away to pick up their pizza and cause delays, maybe you don't find the right route right away and have to go around in circles). I try to always be very understanding, but this is truly the umpteenth time. It doesn't matter if we order during the week or on Saturdays, if we order once a month or three times a month; you always arrive at least half an hour late. (And the last time the pizzas were cold.) I'm a bit fed up. If you can't handle so many orders, take fewer and offer better service.

I ordered a kebab pizza and it arrived hot and on time. Thank you for your kind hospitality.
