Il Pasticciere d'Agrate In Agrate conturbia

The products are good (nothing to say!) though frankly I find them expensive for a town like Agrate, we are not in the center of Novara!! However, I find the rudeness of the girl who works there unspeakable! He didn't say hello, he handed out the sugar, sipping it, as if it were a favor..... He looked badly at our friend who asked for two... I would see something again!!!

All the pastries are always excellent and above all fresh! Excellent coffee and lovely guys, very nice environment! 5 stars

The ice cream was delicious, although I find it absurd in 2024 not to offer a range of vegan flavours, other than fruit ones. Regardless of those who do not consume foods of animal origin, many people are lactose intolerant and may enjoy eating chocolate or cream, not just fruit flavours! Furthermore, the palpable coldness of the shop assistants and the somewhat standardized environment (now they are all the same, without details that convey character) make me say that NO, I wouldn't go back.
