Only here did I find the Sacher made to perfection with the external frosting as crunchy as a thin sheet of chocolate. The quality of the raw materials and the perfect balance of the ingredients, the filling with the jam of their artisanal production and the perfect glazing make their product unique, absolutely up to the Viennese original.
