Il Pascià In Benevento

In a pizzeria with important awards such as 2 red prawn segments I expect few or no errors but unfortunately I found some quite obvious ones such as the poorly processed mozzarella which therefore released a lot of water, the pizza was flooded and obviously the cooking was also affected given the humidity present, this concerns the Margherita which in my opinion given the awards it should not have left the kitchen, but this is just my way of seeing it. As for the marinara with olives, I understand the impossibility of checking every single olive but it wasn't very pleasant to find stones under my teeth twice. Of note are numerous typing and spelling errors on the placemat menu.

Excellent pizza for my tastes, well cooked and soft, seasoned and tasty just right. Excellent Neapolitan pasta omelettes. The slow service and some forgetfulness needs to be improved a little but then remedied immediately. However, I will definitely go there next time, maybe not on a Saturday because it is very crowded.

Currently the best pizza in Benevento. The fries, wines and beers are also excellent.

Già ho recensito questa pizzeria, ma mi sento di ribadire l'ottimo giudizio sotto l'aspetto organizzativo, il livello qualitativo elevato dei prodotti utilizzati, l'ottimo impasto "contemporaneo" il quale pur non essendo il mio lievitato preferito rappresenta una scelta validissima. Le aspettative non vengono mai tradite; inoltre il valore aggiunto è incarnato da Concetta la quale ha molta cura per i clienti e con la cordialità, la sensibilità rispetto alle esigenze dei bambini e non ultima l'educazione per nulla scontata con cui tratta le persone, induce a tornare con piacere in questo locale. Consigliato pienamente.

Well furnished room, with attention to detail. The service is kind and fast. The pizza is the real extra touch. Light dough that doesn't weigh down even the weakest stomachs. Well-varied pizza menu, you can find from the great classics to slightly more particular ones, created with meticulous attention to local products. Advised!

Excellent pizza, super fast service, I recommend it

Very simple but warm and welcoming place. The pizzas offered are original, created with great taste and attention to local products. The Pascià pizza is a small tasting experience: it combines 4 different pizzas, including a delicious potato, pumpkin and sausage croquette. The service is very quick and attentive, even if the room is not very large. The choice of beers is acceptable. The value for money is unbeatable.
