I visited Papillon Restaurant and chose to try the appetizers and first courses: everything was truly delicious, carefully crafted, and flavorful. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Next time, however, I absolutely want to try the meat, which many recommend as one of their strong points. After sampling the quality of the other dishes, I'm sure their meat specialties will be just as good.

I ordered a Prussian beef steak, which surprised me with its tenderness, succulence, and flavor. It was cooked to perfection and served on lava stone, just not too hot, not too cold, perfect for keeping the meat warm without overcooking it. I really appreciated the attention to detail, which is essential when serving large cuts of meat that obviously come at a high price.

The restaurant is professionally managed, with the staff showing respect and hospitality towards their customers. The food is excellently cooked and of the highest quality, a true pleasure for the palate! The bill is above average, but I can't comment here because I don't know the prices of the ingredients, which in my opinion are of the highest quality! I would definitely go back!

Quality and courtesy are the hallmarks, the ingredients are excellent, meat a 10, pizza a 10, fried food a 10, but the egg and truffle bruschetta is an indefinite taste sensation.
PS I didn't take photos of the dishes because I wanted to eat them.

We've been frequenting Papillon for a while, and each visit is a confirmation. The cuisine is Italian, good Italian, but the real specialty is the meat: there's all kinds, from all over the world and with varying degrees of aging. The carpaccios are spectacular, from Wagyu to Rubia Gallega to Picanha... a delight.
Alessandro, the owner, is the soul of the place: passionate, knowledgeable, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. He's also passed this passion on to Davide, who has since become a sommelier and always knows how to recommend the perfect wine to pair with the dishes.
It's a restaurant that the whole family enjoys: my daughter is crazy about their fettuccine with meat sauce and their homemade fries, crispy and delicious.
For us, eating at Papillon is more of an experience than just a simple dinner. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, passion, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Tipico locale dei castelli romani, con ampio spazio esterno. Si mangia in maniera soddisfacente, unico neo per essere serviti attese assurde. Non si può andare in un ristorante alle 20 e uscire alle 23.30. Prezzi nella media
