26/08/2024: Restaurant and Bar La Rocca da Franco is located in Piazza della Collegiata in Castell'Arquato, in a corner position which also gives a pleasant view of the Rocca Viscontea (hence the name). Given the time of arrival, I was not able to take advantage of the restaurant service, but I was able to appreciate the aperitif, consisting of a different spritz than usual, made with Monterosso White Wine and China Martini roots, accompanied by an adequate reinforcement of tastings of cured meats and cheeses from the Piacenza area.
