Back today, after 13 years. The inside has completely changed, but the potato pizza, the filling, and the service (they even remembered me) brought back memories of the best place in Rome for a quick bite. Thanks for being there.

Having just arrived from Barcelona we had to have lunch before going to the Vatican with a reserved entrance. We had a combined plate. There was very little left and there wasn't much to choose from. Even so, it must be said that everything was delicious: the breaded hake, the spinach, the cous cous, the eggplants and the focaccia to accompany it. The place has a high ceiling and reverberation. Which makes for a very noisy atmosphere. For a quick and good meal, highly recommended.

07/11/2025: I can only report the bar service, having not used anything else. The food was of good quality and carefully prepared. The location/view of the valley below was beautiful, with sun shining on the tables inside. Outdoor parking is a bit limited, but there is also an area in front of the church entrance.
05/11/2025: A simple but welcoming bar. Prices for the bar, food, and rooms are displayed at the entrance.

18/12/2025: Visited for the first time. First impressions are good: the service is very courteous and attentive, the large display cases display trays of various pizzas, and—surprise, I wasn't expecting it—a bar with draft beer, which I'll be trying soon. The 'ndija supplì was good, but the 'nduja wasn't very noticeable. The pizzas I tried were four different types, quite good, but there weren't any flavors that particularly stood out to me. Overall, I had a good time and will be back.
17/09/2025: They make very good pizza here, I recommend it
