I have to thank my friends (Steve and Raffa) who introduced me to this restaurant in October, but I must also compliment the owner for the welcome he gave us and for the excellent cuisine! I wholeheartedly recommend going in and discovering flavors you will fall in love with forever. My compliments, truly.

I've been back after a while and it's always top notch. The chef's recommendations are always spot on. The fish is exquisite, incredibly fresh, and divinely cooked. Abundance is the motto of this restaurant! We ordered calamarata with lobster and amberjack sauce, where the fish was truly abundant. The seafood salad and breaded anchovies were also incredibly fresh. The gratinated calamari was also exceptional. All this in the relaxing atmosphere of an elegant and refined restaurant. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Congratulations!!! I'll be back soon because it's worth it.

Excellent dinner in a truly exceptional setting, impeccable service, and incredibly fresh fish. The experience at Paisiello was fantastic, with fresh, excellent-quality food and prompt, friendly service. The atmosphere is very charming and meticulously maintained. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely return to try their other dishes.

Small but cozy place. Excellent service, the waiter was helpful and skilled at suggesting the dishes. The first course was really good (tagliolini ricci and shrimp tartare). The appetizer was average, nothing too complicated or elaborate, but still absolutely delicious. Good value for money. We'll be back!

At the beginning of September, we took some friends from Abruzzo for a delicious fish dish. Exquisite dishes served by a very kind and professional man. Such pleasant service is not a given these days. I highly recommend this place. See you next time!

I'm not sure what I'm talking about, but Il Paisiello is one of them!!! I've been going there for years, and it's become our favorite place. In every dish, you can taste the true Puglia and the passion for it. Fresh products are cooked with simplicity and mastery by Antonio, the chef and owner, along with his wife. The staff is always incredibly kind and attentive. A place where you'll be pampered from the first bite to the last. Don't miss the heavenly linguine with sea urchins, the paccheri with swordfish, the octopus alla Luciana, a mystical experience, the mussels au gratin, a mix of seafood appetizers, the fried food is excellent, and the dishes recommended by the chef are always a pleasant discovery. The fish is always fresh and everything is truly delicious! Not to mention the desserts....the spumoni are top-notch, but also the Sicilian cannoli...what more can I say? Try it and believe it!
