Paisiello always proves to be a reliable choice. We started with the freshest seafood appetizers, carefully prepared and bursting with flavor. The dish that won us over the most was the linguine with sea urchins and shrimp tartare, simply phenomenal: perfect balance, excellent ingredients, and an intense yet refined flavor.
Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere. A place where you can taste the quality and passion for seafood.

I have to thank my friends (Steve and Raffa) who introduced me to this restaurant in October, but I must also compliment the owner for the welcome he gave us and for the excellent cuisine! I've been back after a while and it's always the best. The chef's recommendations are always spot on. The fish is exquisite, incredibly fresh, and divinely cooked. Abundance is the motto of this restaurant! We ordered calamarata with lobster and amberjack sauce, where the fish was truly abundant. The seafood salad and breaded anchovies were also very fresh. The gratinated calamari was also exceptional. All this in the relaxing atmosphere of an elegant and refined restaurant. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Congratulations!!! I'll be back soon because it's worth it.

Excellent dinner in a truly exceptional setting, impeccable service, and incredibly fresh fish. If you're in the Veglie area, I highly recommend stopping by; beyond the food, you'll be welcomed by fantastic people.

The experience at Paisiello was fantastic, with fresh, excellent-quality food and prompt, friendly service.
The atmosphere is very charming and meticulously maintained.

Small but cozy place. Excellent service, the waiter was helpful and skilled at suggesting the dishes. The first course was really good (tagliolini ricci and shrimp tartare). The appetizer was average, nothing too complicated or elaborate, but still absolutely delicious. Good value for money. We'll be back!
