We had lunch for the first time at the village, nice and clean location, sublime food with very fresh fish. The chef and owner, Antonio, exquisite person in his ways and amazing in the kitchen! We will return soon, thanks for everything, excellent service!

Very fresh fish and generous portions! The linguine and orecchiette were super tasty, not to mention the raw meat we had. Mrs. Romina, together with her husband, really know how to do justice to Apulian cuisine!

Sono ritornato in questa bellissima struttura per l’ennesima volta, per festeggiare un compleanno di famiglia. Lo chef Antonio non sbaglia un colpo si riconferma essere il numero 1. I suoi piatti e le sue specialità di pesce rimangono il cavallo di battaglia. Antipasti, e primi di pesce per me rappresentano le vere sciccherie di questa cucina dove il fresco prevale su tutto senza senza nulla togliere ai secondi. Il Paesiello è una piccola struttura a nucleo familiare dove l’accoglienza ti fa sentire subito a casa, le proposte del giorno dello chef vanno prese subito in considerazione, pesce fresco e cucinato al momento. Se ti trovi nella zona la tappa è d’obbligo senza starci a pensare troppo. Prezzi nella norma !!

Una vera scoperta, una piccola chicca a Veglie, arrivato qui per lavoro prenotato una cena, titolare gentilissimo arrivati alle 22, la cucina ci ha atteso senza battere ciglio, il pesce freschissimo, locale accogliente e ben curato, ci hanno lasciato chiacchierare senza fretta fino a tardi con amarro e dolci, tutti buonissimi. In conclusione, a Veglie sapete dove andare a mangiare, consigliatissimo
