Excellent dinner! As an appetizer we had mussels gratin and there were fried mussels off the menu, never eaten and delicious. They offered us a first fresh fish of the day, very good. The waiters are kind and very knowledgeable.

Excellent welcome, excellent and abundant menu, special flavours;
Today's cavatelli with redfish were delicious like everything else, the little girl really appreciated the meatballs. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a day of good flavors and excellent Apulian cuisine

Very welcoming environment. Very kind owners and staff, attentive to detail, courteous and available for any request. Excellent fish starters and we enjoyed sublime sea urchin linguine with prawn tartare. The fig cake is also very good. Soft music that allows you to converse without raising your voice.
I would recommend Paisiello in any season and even if it is not very prominently located and centrally located, it is worth seeking out to enjoy an evening of excellent food inside or in the open garden in summer.

We couldn't have been better advised for the celebration of our 25th wedding anniversary. Very refined and exquisite food, attentive and courteous service, impeccable location. Abundance and refinement in the dishes. We will recommend Il Paisiello to friends for an excellent meal of very fresh fish cooked with great professionalism and love. Abbiamo cenato all'interno di un giardino in balia del caldo afoso di questo periodo. Neppure all'interno della struttura era in funzione l'aria condizionata. Peccato perché le portate non erano male,anche se piuttosto scarne per quattro persone. Inoltre, il costo degli antipasti, non ha un prezzo fisso come negli altri ristoranti (tipo carrellata di antipasti per due di mare o terra) ma calcolato tanto a piatto, arrivando a spendere quanto non ti aspetti e rimanendo comunque con tanta fame. Ristorante molto accogliente.I tavoli sono in un cortile interno scoperto che vi consente di consumare i piatti serviti sotto le stelle.Il personale è accogliente e disponibile.I piatti sono di ottima qualità e fattura.Se volete gustare la tipica cucina salentina in un ambiente rilassante e accogliente Il Paisiello è il posto giusto.
