We went to PACCHERO SOLITARIO for the first time, intrigued by the Leopardi-esque name, which sounded like a classical high school specialty. Chef Claudio, in fact, studied classical studies. It's one of the best Italian and European seafood restaurants I've ever tried. Exceptional.

August 21, 2025. A Thursday evening. My birthday! Passing through Aprilia with my husband and mother-in-law. Everyone was visiting a friend. We ate from appetizer to dessert. We drank exquisite wines. We were immediately greeted with a phrase: "You're welcome!" The service was equally professional and warm. Every dish was of the same standard: freshness, shape, and excellent cooking. I don't know which dish to recommend; I could have chosen everything! There were four of us, and with two bottles of wine, water, four appetizers, four first courses, two second courses, one side dish, four desserts, coffee, and Moscato Pantelleria, I spent €91 each. True, it's not a bargain, but it's not a huge expense given the quality. We all want to return. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Dining here is a rewarding experience for all the senses. The good taste is evident in the ambiance, the menu, the wine list, and the hospitality... Seasonality and local ingredients are respected, both for the garden and seafood. I'd highlight the menu's selection of artisanal pasta made from ancient grains. Not only fish, but also, for those who prefer, an excellent meat-based menu. I return as often as I can and recommend it to anyone who values quality and expertise.

A wonderful discovery! Pacchero Solitario in Aprilia is a restaurant truly worth a visit. Claudio, the chef and owner, is knowledgeable, passionate, and extremely friendly: he conveys his love for cooking in every dish. The food is divine, especially the raw fish, which is incredibly fresh and presented with great care. The wine cellar is top-notch, not only for its wines but also for its selection of spirits, a rare find in the area. The setting is elegant, the service attentive, and the atmosphere relaxed. We will definitely be back! Congratulations to the entire staff.

29/08/2025: Gino Pesce and his wife run this little corner of paradise. The food is excellent, the service is attentive and elegant, and the view is the most beautiful in Ponza. You can't go to Ponza without stopping by Gino's.

08/09/2025: As is my custom, I'm leaving the previous review, which you'll find below. When we vacation in San Felice Circeo, this restaurant is a regular stop. We booked well in advance to ensure we'd find a table. We have a poodle, so they seated us at a table inside the restaurant. While we waited for our appetizers, they offered us some truly delicious appetizers. Appetizers: anchovy and vegetable parcel, cod bites, and prawns in kataifi pastry. First courses: risotto with scampi cream, seafood paccheri Sorrento-style, and ravioli with shellfish and parmesan. Dessert: strawberry tart. Everything was superb. The service was impeccable, making us forget about last year's disappointment. What can I say... the quality is unquestionable, and the price is reasonable for everything they offer. We'll be back. First things first: my wife and I have eaten here several times and have always been completely satisfied. That said, after countless unsuccessful phone calls to make a reservation, we finally succeeded only by walking in. We wanted to make a good impression on some friends. The next day we went to dinner; the place was busy, but not overwhelming. To avoid any misunderstandings, we mean there were no people waiting for a seat. We arrived at 8:50 PM and ate two appetizers from the taverna without knowing what we were eating, as the waiters were serving very quickly. By 9:20 PM, the appetizers had already been consumed, along with the mussel soup to finish. From start to finish, 20 minutes. Next, we ordered grilled fish, marinated salmon, and desserts. We drank a bottle of prosecco. At 9:50 PM, we paid the bill. In conclusion, the quality of the food and the portions were, as always, top-notch. The rushed service undermined the kitchen's excellent work and ruined our evening.
04/09/2025: The best restaurant in Circeo and beyond. I've been coming here for years and am always amazed by the top-quality products they serve.
