Il Nuovo Roncaccio Ristorante In Bizzarone

The owner's homemade desserts are excellent.

The owners are Chinese, but the menu features traditional Italian dishes, including first and second courses with both meat and fish, pizzas, and desserts, plus daily specials (today, for example, there was polenta and braised beef). They also offer takeout. The service is fast and attentive to customer needs, and the portions are generous. The pizza was cooked just right, not burned, and the dough was soft but not rubbery. The pizzoccheri were also well-cooked, and the slice of cake was a nice size. Good value. I was satisfied.

The service isn't the friendliest. I asked for grated cheese, they gave it to me and took it away. I was a little disappointed...

We arrived to celebrate my son's birthday and booked thanks to WatchUp. Excellent service. We wanted to eat out, but the answer was no. There was no breadcrumbs with chips. One guest ordered raw pasta arrabbiata, and when he asked for cheese, the waitress served it directly and took away what was probably the only container in the entire room. It's a shame because it's under new management, but we won't be returning. Also, because of the service: a piece of paper left there for dessert and came back later. It takes very little to empathize with a customer.
