I attended the paella evening... the place is very nice inside a characteristic village but the food did not live up to expectations, the tapas were decent except for the Galician octopus which was hard but the paella was far from the Spanish one, as were the churros and the pastel de nata... good sangria...

There's a culture of working hard, in my opinion, favoring simple, home-style cuisine that's never banal, with subtle twists. Equally important is the kindness and courtesy of Margherita and the entire family staff, which is a rarity nowadays.

The place is enchanting and also the idea of the daily menu that always changes is magnificent. It's a shame that out of the three dishes we ordered, two weren't exactly what they had explained to us and then there was a really long wait.

Too bad there are only 5 stars...I would have even gotten to 10! !
