Excellent food, simply wonderful atmosphere. Fantastic service. My husband and I went for dinner and, in addition to the excellent food, the friendliness, and the expertise, we found the atmosphere to be nothing short of fantastic. Excellent!

Very nice place, quality food. Deer steak and house appetizers with local products. It cost about €100 for two (one appetizer, two main courses, two desserts, and two coffees), but it's worth it.

My husband and I had dinner here for my birthday. The restaurant is very charming, set in this renovated old mill. The dinner was delicious: potato gnocchi with plums, homemade tagliatelle with venison ragù, venison and beef tagliata, and strudel. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well-cooked. The homemade bread was varied and fragrant. We spent €102 with water and a quart of wine. It's worth it. I would have tried other dishes. Reservations are recommended during peak season.

Without a doubt, another restaurant worth trying in the Val di Pejo area. A traditional atmosphere, delicious and delicate dishes, and an excellent selection of local wines, some of which are hard to find elsewhere. The shin of pork cooked in beer is highly recommended. Among the best I've tried.

14/11/2025: We were there today, a quiet time with always excellent food
13/11/2025: We arrived in Cavalese at the B&B and the first suggestion of where to go for lunch was right here....on a Sunday with lots of people in the restaurant we found a parking space without any problems...they seated us immediately and within a few minutes we had everything on the table...you can't ask for more from someone who truly knows how to do their job with passion and dedication...spectacular
