People who say the staff isn't very friendly are just used to being flattered. Offering a quality set menu for €12 with a starter and main course is really rare. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I recommend it.

Incredibly fantastic atmosphere, traditional, excellent food. A charming owner who prefers to speak only Italian—but after all, we're in Italy 😂

In old San Remo, along a winding alleyway, we discovered this typical Italian family restaurant. There was no room when we arrived, but the owner made sure to find us a table. The terrace, in the middle of a winding alleyway, offers delicious, traditional dishes.
To finish, a short walk to the Chiesa San Antonio, all under a starry sky.
I recommend it.

Avoid the tourist traps of seaside restaurants! After a short walk, you'll stumble upon this typical Italian restaurant and be immersed in old-fashioned Italy. Also, excellent value for money. A true culinary experience, simple and executed to perfection. A wealth of expertise on the plate, coupled with a truly exotic setting. A delicious taste and memory...

I think this restaurant is a bit overrated. The owner is quite unpleasant. The food is certainly good, but not very filling. The €10 antipasti plate is expensive for what's in it. The tiramisu is good, but not exceptional either.
