A restaurant in the shadow of the Papal Palace...a beautiful, characteristic location! Had dinner outdoors with friends, a pleasant evening. Pizza.....excellent, truly good, the menu change was welcomed with a smile. The bill was unsurprising.....excessively long wait times and a somewhat nervous employee marred an otherwise 5-star service.... Definitely worth a second chance.

Definitely a good experience that has continued for years now. Mr. Pietro is an excellent host. Both the food and the pizza are good. Recommended.

We've known Pietro for many years, and every time we go we feel at home. Always greeted with a smile and great kindness. The food is excellent. The pizza is thin but well-seasoned, just the way we like it. Highly recommended.

Siamo un gruppo di 12 ciclisti dell’Università di Firenze (Dipartimento DAGRI) in viaggio da Firenze a Roma, e il Ristorante Il Vecchio Molino è stata una piacevole scoperta durante la nostra tappa a Viterbo. Situato proprio sotto le mura storiche della città, il locale offre piatti della tradizione locale ricchi di gusto e preparati con cura. Il personale si è mostrato molto accogliente e disponibile, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo, perfetto per una pausa ristoratrice dopo una lunga giornata in bici. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole assaporare i veri sapori della Tuscia.

As always when we come to Viterbo, this restaurant is our fixed stop. We had the antipasto del molino, the first courses with sausage, some sausages and chips. In the end simple and genuine things, everything as always very good. Ciao Molino see you soon

Nice place, the food is really good, both the restaurant and the pizzeria. The super nice staff, always smiling, ready to joke and very helpful. So much so that we go back in the evening too. Super recommended.

C'era una volta a Viterbo la cucina tipica, quì c'è ancora! Capitato casualmente a pranzo, il locale risulta subito accogliente e il personale gentile. I piatti sono un tuffo nella tradizione della tipica cucina Viterbese, cancellata ormai in altri posti da quella cosiddetta gourmet... Che dire ottimo cibo, il costo leggermente " salato".

13/09/2025: Trattoria as soon as you enter Marta Unpretentious place Friendly waiters We mostly ate pizza And as an appetizer, fried flowers and anchovies Unfortunately, the flowers were fried in stale oil The anchovies are perhaps not worth the €10 price tag, they're the classic pickled ones The pizza is very good, very fine, which I really like (it depends on your taste), cooked in a wood-fired oven and well-seasoned One thing that's out of place is the slightly neglected garden furniture And the €3 per person cover charge, which is noticeable Apart from that, I'll be back to try other things, and definitely their pizza.

Ristorante Valle Del Marta

01/10/2025: A good place to relax. The rooms are cleaned daily and are very clean. Use of the pool is free. The spa area costs an extra €20 per use, which we found a shame. The breakfast is of high quality. Special requests, such as scrambled eggs, can be made for a fee. Restaurant recommendations are available for dinner. The hotel itself does not serve dinner. The complex is a very well-maintained place with a great view from the pool. Hiking trails can be easily started from this location. The price-performance ratio is perfectly acceptable. However, the definition of luxury should be reconsidered.
