A restaurant/pizzeria with a long and storied Neapolitan tradition. Delicious, classic pizza, made with top-quality ingredients and a long, meticulously prepared leavening process. High-quality fried pizza. The traditional first courses are also excellent. Professional and attentive service: Pasquale was attentive and friendly, an asset to the establishment. We'll definitely be returning on our museum and art tours.

Three fried portions, all cold. Who knows how long ago they were made. One carbonara was barely edible, barely seasoned, and the egg barely touched. One pasta with beans, potatoes, and provola was good; that's why I gave it 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 2.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to take any photos. We had pasta, potatoes and provola. I'm talking about my personal taste. For me it was tasteless. The focaccia was good. The fried food was good. The service was slow between one course and the next. We paid the right amount since the pizzeria is located in the Spanish Quarters.

But 5 stars hands down!
They were practically closed, we came by starving at an unreasonable time in the evening, but they brought us pizzas right away and with extreme kindness.
Yes...we were hungry...but objectively the pizza was a spectacle. Actually...an experience!
