Amazing food selection and quality. Great selection of local wines. Menu changes by season. Everything is handmade and freshly prepared. Please expect some waiting time but the results are worth every minute. And it may come as a surprise but the grilled vegetables are the best ever had and definitely recommended to order.

The food was well-made, but it was a shame about the long wait. We arrived at 1:00 PM, and the first appetizer arrived at almost 2:00 PM.

Wonderful experience! We were a group of friends on vacation and stumbled upon it by chance. Highly recommended. Everyone was so friendly and the food was delicious! We'll definitely be back!

23/01/2025: Estábamos cerca de Cassino, en la región central de Italia, Lacio y queríamos tener un almuerzo rápido. Paramos aquí, cerca del cruce de la autopista Caianello. Tuvimos un gran tiempo, la comida era sencilla pero muy sabrosa. El menú es básico, así como la elección es limitada. Servicio sencillo y rápido. Inesperadamente el postre también fue bueno. En este lugar también se pueden comprar productos agrícolas frescos de su granja. Estábamos muy satisfechos.
07/01/2025: Buongiorno a tutti. Invitati da un mio caro amici ci siam visti per un pranzo al "Il Contadino". Tutto perfetto. Locale ben curato, servizio ottimo e carne alla brace spettacolare, non dimenticando gli antipasti davvero ottimi. Giornata perfetta.

01/01/2026: Noisy, rowdy, and with embarrassing service. But Casa Coviello knows how to make pizza and frittatas; we're talking high-quality ingredients and finished product. It's a shame about the service...zero! Hire some real wait staff!
29/11/2025: Very informal and nice place, the fried foods and pizzas are excellent and the prices are also fair, I recommend it
