Nice hotel, but at night the area seems dangerous

I wont give 4 stars to this place but its still okey to visit. Service is really helpfull, our hairdryer doesn’t work so I asked a to check it on the reception, after 5 mins they bring us the new one, really appreciated.

Good place to stay for visiting Venice. Convenient in location especially due to the presence of bus stops in front of the hotel that reach Piazzale Roma. Young, friendly and helpful staff. Possibility of using parking for €20 per day, a bit of a scam given the lower cost of the blue car parks in the area. However, the receptionist informed us of everything very correctly, allowing us to choose. Rooms with slightly old furniture but are suitable for a few nights. Excellent value for money.

The apartment is excellent, the only thing missing a little more is kitchenware, otherwise everything is very good

If you are going for a relaxing family vacation, this is not the place for you. It is in the middle of a busy zone, with all its advantages and disadvantages. The rooms are much more shabby than in the pictures. Furniture and the floor also need renovation. There is no shower cabin, water flows in all directions from under the curtain in the bathroom. All rooms are for people with reduced mobility, so the toilet and washroom are not comfortable either.

The hotel's location is very good, but the facilities are very lacking. The TV channels in the room were not working, and it seemed like the TV was just for show. Additionally, the internet speed in the room was very slow, almost like 2G speed. I informed the staff that my room didn't have internet, but they said they would check and nobody did. I am disappointed with the facility.

The hotel is about 500 meters from Mestre train station and you can find trains to most parts of Italy from Mestre. You can use ATVO buses to come to the hotel from the airport. The ticket is 10 EUR per person. You also need to buy tickets for children over 3 years old. To go to Venice, you can take the 4L and 4 buses opposite the hotel, round trip costs 3 EUR and they are checked very frequently, do not try to get on without a ticket. You can pay with contactless cards on the bus, but payment for more than one person cannot be made with 1 card. The rooms of the hotel were very clean and quiet, we stayed comfortably, but there are many immigrants and refugees in the neighborhood where the hotel is located, the streets are full of people, and when you go looking for something to eat late in the evening, the surroundings do not look very scary. There is a market right below the hotel that meets all your needs, but like everywhere else, it closes at 2000.

Excellent, very clean and good location.

Nice, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location for access to Venice. There's a bus stop opposite the hotel. The only minor thing is there's only one iron available in the hotel. There's an ironing room on the 5th floor where you can iron all your clothes. But you might want to bring your travel iron incase the hotel one is in use. Also tea coffee facilities in the room, but that didn't bother us so much. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very good, clean, staff very friendly and helpful. I would love to mention for great service Selene and Rocco. Near a supermarket it is also a perfect location, close to the bus station, to get into Venice Island. Very recommended!
