I have to confess that from the outside appearance alone, I had some trepidation about how good this place would be. It looks a bit rough/shabby, or to put it kindly, it looks a bit 'rustic'. I needn't have worried though - food and service was excellent. They don't have a menu and they only serve pizza - you just say what toppings you want! The pizza base is made with corn not wheat flour so is ideal for people with gluten issues. It was also incredibly reasonably priced - 39 euros for 3 pizzas and drinks - highly recommend.
We approached this place with curiosity, to try this "Formenton" pizza.
Typical corn from these parts.
I found it good and particularly digestible.
The interior is very characteristic.
The solid wood tables are beautiful.
The owner is also characteristic.
It is family run: they sell what they produce, corn.
This pizza deserves to be tasted.
