The manager of the restaurant is a very knowledgeable and competent person, an excellent chef, and a great cheese expert, so much so that he proposes themed evenings every year in November. The dishes are very good, often with special seasonal 'themes'. The service is very efficient. Prices in line with a restaurant of this level.

Che dire le aspettative erano molto alte, però la serata non si è trasformata in magia: dopo aver fatto un sacco di km mi aspettavo assolutamente qualcosa di meglio organizzato è più articolato.La cena prevede, oltre ai formaggi, un tris di antipasti ed un primo e due tipologie di vini. Intanto se chiedi il bis NON E' PREVISTO. Inoltre a servire i formaggi al buffet c'è solo il titolare e questo comporta un intasamento per prendere il tuo piatto di formaggio. Infine le porzioni sono veramente piccole pertanto ogni volta bisogna fare 3/4 giri per degustare un pezzettino di formaggio, Bella idea ma la formula va assolutamente rivista. Dulcis in fundo l'accoglienza genovese si è fatta sentire: non mi sono sentito ne coccolato ne a casa. Peccato perché la scelta dei formaggi e la qualità era veramente OTTIMA, cosi come i vini che abbiamo bevuto era anch'essi di qualità. Peccato una serata che non ha scaldato i cuori.
