11/08/2025: excellent welcome from the owner and all the staff, nice clean environment, excellent dishes, quality food, fresh and well prepared, excellent typical Abruzzo restaurant highly recommended, reservations preferable especially on weekends.
04/08/2025: After a nice hike through the Celano Gorges, we wanted something traditional and warm (given the less than ideal weather). We searched Google and found this place with good reviews, so we decided to try it ourselves. As soon as we entered, the place was welcoming. We took a seat, and the owner served us in a very friendly manner. He presented us with his menu and suggested how to enjoy it...obviously, we took him and were very satisfied. All I can say is that we ate very well and had a great time.

Ristorante Hotel Il Fortino

05/08/2025: We had the privilege of staying at this place and honestly, it is extraordinary. Rita and Gianluca are very welcoming and warm. The place is steeped in Italian culture with its typical dishes and breathtaking scenery. I recommend it 100%. Thank you Rita and Gianluca and thank you Il Fortino!
15/07/2025: After spending a few days on our motorbikes along the beautiful roads of Abruzzo, and on our way back, we stumbled upon this truly charming little hotel. Reasonable prices, excellent cleanliness, and a fantastic welcome. A very pleasant discovery that we will definitely keep in mind whenever we pass through this area. Highly recommended!
