Locale piccolo e ospitale con tavoli all'aperto, protetti da un pergolato. Si affaccia sulla piazza principale, davanti alla maestosa cattedrale. Il cibo è di ottima qualità, il servizio premuroso e garbato, la scelta delle pietanze è abbastanza varia, il pesce servito è fresco. Il costo è adeguato. Il titolare è gentile, pronto a raccontarsi e ad ascoltare.

Ho cenato più volte in questa bella trattoria posizionata di fronte ad un chiesa molto antica dove il clima è sempre piacevole e la cucina e ottima preparata con materie prime di ottima qualità e cucinata in modo semplice ma allo stesso tempo impeccabile!ogni volta che ci troviamo in vacanza facciamo tappa fissa almeno 2 o 3 volte!!inoltre servizio molto.cortese sicuramente ci ritorneremo molto volentieri...

At the foot of the cathedral in the main square I ate excellent local cuisine. Large and tasty ravioli and the appetizer from the garden with excellent parmigiana and I found the pumpkin fantastic, never eaten so highly recommended

In the historic center of Policastro, in the small square in front of the Duomo you will find this characteristic restaurant with tables overlooking the mother church. You dine in an atmosphere of other times, where time passes slowly, with a pleasant coolness. The food is all of good quality and above all truly zero km, from the appetizers of excellent Cilento cured meats, to the cheeses, to the vegetable-based one with peppers, aubergines, parmigiana and pumpkin. Then we had two second courses of meat, including a mixed grill which was really good and plentiful. The homemade desserts are also good, including a tiramisu in the glass. The service was fast and kind. The enchanting environment for those looking for the heart of a village from times gone by, peaceful and quiet.

We stumbled upon this restaurant for a dinner with friends and returned the following two evenings. Outdoor dinner directly in front of the Duomo in the historic area of ​​Policastro, an easy-going environment and very friendly staff. All the appetizers are good! ...sea, vegetable garden (marinated pumpkin is fantastic if you like vinegar!) and cured meats and cheeses.... The ricotta ravioli with Cilento sauce and the cavatelli with seafood sauce are excellent, as is the fried fish! ....sweets....amaretti cake! Excellent quality/quantity/price ratio. Thank you!
