The atmosphere is quaint and well-maintained. The veranda is well-heated, and the interior spaces truly showcase the restaurant's character, with a lovely fireplace at the entrance. The food is excellent and the service is truly fast! Perhaps too fast, as the food can be lukewarm, but everything is still very good and the prices are fair.

This place is great Expectations were high and all the food matched my expectations, but I felt the speck was average. The food was great in general, place is super nice and traditional. I would go back for local food. Maybe we can ask for different type of speck since they must know better than me, but the one we got served did not seem seasoned nor aged enough for "the speck" place.

I made a reservation at the Speck Farm for a horseback riding trip in Cavalese. When we arrived at 1:00 PM, there was a very long line, but we had a reservation. They sat us next to three other people, so at the same table, but there was a lack of place settings (there were four of us). We pointed this out, and they moved us to another room.
We ordered, and the platter with my first course arrived immediately. More than half an hour passed and nothing arrived, and everyone around us was eating. We stopped the kind waitress, who apologized and told us there was a problem in the kitchen. Shortly after, the dishes arrived: the grilled meats, the shank, and polenta with mushrooms and cheeses.
Everything was very good, although I didn't particularly appreciate the shank, as it was a little undercooked.
The waitress apologized again and offered us a house liqueur. Overall, everything's fine, but the place is really chaotic, as it's quite large and Sundays are definitely a popular day. While there's plenty of staff, perhaps some things need updating. However, if you're passing through, I recommend it, as well as a visit to the shop inside.

The road to get there is a bit winding, but without snow, that's not a problem. The parking lot is large and roomy. Reservations are almost mandatory, otherwise, with a little patience, you can always find a spot on the veranda. Good food, excellent speck (with an on-site shop). Fast, well-organized, and friendly service. Definitely worth a try, whether with family or friends.

A truly lovely place with tasty, beautifully presented dishes. The service is very fast and the girls are very friendly. Since we ate on the veranda, the constant opening of the front door creates gusts of cold air...that's the only downside.
