I had dinner with friends at Tito Speck and, overall, the experience was pleasant, especially thanks to the excellent quality of the food. The place has a perfect atmosphere for large groups and large tables, but it is certainly not the ideal place for those looking for an intimate or quiet environment. The food was undoubtedly the highlight of the evening. We ate very well, with generous portions and really tasty dishes that left us fully satisfied. However, there was one exception: the strudel. I was deeply disappointed, especially because it was served cold, which completely took away the pleasure of enjoying a dessert that I expected to be warm and enveloping. Furthermore, I had asked to accompany it with plenty of whipped cream. Unfortunately, I got a minimal amount of cream, just enough for a bite, leaving the rest of the dessert rather flat. The service was sufficient. The waiters were visibly very busy, which made customer attention a little lacking. Despite this, the general organization was still acceptable for such a lively and popular place. A positive aspect to underline is the good quality-price ratio. We spent €40 each, but we ate a lot and well, which makes the cost more than justified. In conclusion, Tito Speck is a restaurant that I recommend to those who want to spend an evening in company, eating abundant and excellent quality dishes. If you are a dessert lover, however, don't expect too much from the strudel. The place is not suitable for those looking for intimacy, but it makes up for it with good food and honest prices. My overall rating is 7.5/10.
