We went to this restaurant in August with my family and a family of friends. We both had children aged 2 to 5. The atmosphere and the location were beautiful, surrounded by nature and meticulously maintained, with games for the children available. Overall, we ate well, but there was an unpleasant incident with the children's burger. The first time I ordered, the burger was leaking reddish liquid, so it was still very rare and well-done on the outside. I asked the waiter to recook it, but it came back almost completely burned on the outside and still red on the inside. I asked the waiter, since it was for children, to provide a burger suitable for them, as I certainly couldn't offer them meat that was raw on the inside and burned on the outside. The manager, annoyed, replied that she would recook it without any other option. Of course, it arrived charred, and I had to remove the top and bottom of the burger because it was burned, and I had the children eat the remaining inside. Now, raw ground beef isn't edible due to possible bacterial contamination, so I don't understand the restaurant staff's stance regarding a request made for children. I'm sorry to report this incident, but I hope it can be constructive criticism for improvement, even though it's a very popular place that needs no introduction for its good food.

I should point out that I've never been there, but I was given a piece of their speck as a gift, and it's probably the best speck I've ever tasted, so I thought it was only right to write something about it...

A place that serves good, quality food. It's also a great starting point for lovely walks in the woods.

Great experience! The farm is very beautiful, both inside and out. Even though it was crowded, we found a seat right away, and the service was very fast. The shop inside where they sell their products is also very nice. Friendly and helpful staff! Recommended!

High expectations, fully confirmed. Too bad the shop closes at 7 pm starting September 1st. We'll have to come back for lunch next time.

We stopped here on a road trip and had lunch with some speck and cheese sandwiches, which were truly delicious despite their simple nature! There's seating outside and inside, and there's a shop we didn't use where you can buy speck and other local products... even as souvenirs!

A must-visit when visiting Trentino. If you want to try traditional dishes of the highest quality, you can't miss Maso dello Speck. The food is always generous, considering the somewhat strong flavors. The artisanal ice cream with berries and the stone-baked beef tenderloin are unmissable. They pay particular attention to gluten-free options, even though they aren't AIC certified. Reservations are recommended.
