Il Maso dello Speck - da Tito In Daiano

We had dinner at Maso dello Speck, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We started the evening with a rich appetizer of traditional cured meats: the speck riserva was simply exceptional, flavorful, and of the highest quality. For our first courses, we tried canederli and tagliatelle with wild boar, both truly delicious and perfectly prepared. For our second course, we tried several traditional dishes: the meat was incredibly tender, and the polenta with cheese fondue was a true delight. For a sweet end, we couldn't miss the desserts: the strudel and chocolate cake rounded out the dinner perfectly. The very friendly staff made us feel at home; excellent cuisine, authentic flavors, and an experience we absolutely recommend!

A wonderful evening of good food; we had dinner at this absolutely fantastic place. We started with a platter of their own cured meats and cheeses, followed by a selection of truly exceptional first and second courses, such as canederli and stone-baked beef fillet. The place is located in a truly wonderful setting, with the typical mountain chalet style. Highly recommended.

I arrived at this restaurant by chance and it was immediately fantastic to feel at home, the atmosphere is well-kept and comfortable, the staff are friendly and fast, the dishes are tasty and plentiful, we will definitely be back 🤍

I think it's one of the best places in Trentino to eat traditional dishes. We were there for the first time and were truly delighted and satisfied! We ate divinely and tried so many things. Extensive menu. Food quality is above average for this type of restaurant. Very generous portions. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommended, even for groups. The veranda and outdoor area are lovely.

We had dinner at the legendary Maso dello Speck! A very large, charming, and quaint place. We were amazed by the display case full of hanging cured meats. The service, while not particularly fast, was friendly. We ordered a platter of speck, artisanal cured meats, mountain cheeses, and cucumbers, accompanied by two Klosterbrau craft beers. The platter was very good, and the beers were super thirst-quenching. For the main course, we had homemade spaetzle with cooked speck and cream: a generous portion and truly delicious! To finish, a delicious homemade apple strudel with vanilla cream. Delicious! Finally, we strolled through the Maso shop, where we feasted our eyes on all the cured meats on display. It was impossible to go home empty-handed, so we bought some speck and salami.
