I was staying near the famous Tito Maso speck, don't you want to try it?! Ladies and gentlemen the best!! Gorgeous venue, wonderful staff, superb food! Shank, dumplings, polenta, desserts... one thing better than the other at a price that is not easy to find! We waited 2 clock minutes for the coffee and they apologized several times for the delay. From now on it will be a fixed stop for us. Highly recommended!! Well done!!!!!

We have been happily frequenting Tito il Maso dello Spek for years now!!! The place is beautiful and the typical Trentino cuisine is of high quality!!! We feel at home and for our holidays a stop at Tito's is essential as is shopping in the adjoining shop which is full of delicacies from these valleys!!!! You don't go back to Rome without supplies of spek flake kaminvurtz speccotto carne salada to name just a few!!!! Thank you for always being there and for always giving us the usual quality!!!!

Il posto è molto caratteristico, immerso nel verde e molto grande; arredi azzeccati e tanto legno, abbinato alla pietra, che a ne piace sempre tanto. Servizio rapido, informale ma comunque professionale. Cibo ottimo, antipasto di salumi abbondante e di ottima qualità, così come anche i canederli.

14/05/2024: Excellent lunch with friends, beautiful, very bright room, very professional and courteous, good food and drinks, all at a fair price, private parking, all just outside Castello di Fiemme TN.
05/05/2024: Nice ancient building in Valle di Fiemme, managed by a kind and organised family. They mix perfectly the feeling of being at home with the professional level of a good hotel.

13/08/2024: Very nice hut, nice to sit on the tables outside if the temperature allows it, but the inside is also very nice. We tasted their potato tortel and liked it.
