Il Maso dello Speck - da Tito In Daiano

Every time I come in here it's like being at home with that beautiful fireplace at the entrance. The speck is certainly one of the best in the area or even in Trentino. In fact, I purchased some vacuum-packed pieces in the shop next door to take them home. Dinner is always fantastic, I tried the trio of dumplings and slices, it literally melts in your mouth. Top!

I went to this mountain restaurant and I loved it. The environment is warm and welcoming, with typical furnishings that immediately make you feel at home. The dishes are plentiful and really good. The staff is friendly and helpful. A perfect place even if you are passing through. Excellent value for money!

For the 6th or 7th time I will go back again. Quality of the products, abundant dishes and excellent service.

Very nice and typical place, the interiors are warm and welcoming, but the structure is a little difficult to reach. The food is good but the portions are perhaps too large. The speck in the starter melts in your mouth, while the ribs were perhaps slightly salty. In any case, if you are in the area it is absolutely worth it

TITO is always a certainty!!!! Whenever we can, we stop by the shop and - if possible - stop to eat. Friendly staff, nice environment, excellent food and absolutely generous portions. Always honest account. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Every year we go skiing at Alpe Cermis and we stay between Cavalese and Carano, a few km from Daiano where there is now a fixed stop at Maso Dello Speck. Not only good food, but there is also a playground for children and animals: horses, cows, chickens. This year we found a little house where you can get fresh eggs for 0.50 euros each and leave some money (self-service)... delicious, large eggs and when you take the package in your hand you immediately notice that they are heavier than those you buy in supermarkets (even if organic), these from the Maso are the most natural you can find! In the restaurant you can taste typical Trentino dishes, homemade desserts and then in the shop you can buy delicious cured meats made by them (speck, salami, and many other products for personal consumption or to give as gifts to relatives and friends). Highly recommended!

Locale molto curato e pulito posizionato al di sopra del paese di Daiano. Il personale è cordiale, le porzioni sono abbondanti e la qualità del cibo buona. Super consigliato.

siamo stati due volte. maso caratteristico e facile da raggiungere. molto ampio e ben organizzato. un plauso a Simona sempre sul pezzo ma anche il resto del personale è veloce ed attento. tavoloni di legno, apparecchiatura informale, varietà di piatti di cucina locale. certo può succedere che una volta si mangi meglio dell'altra ma mediamente il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. interessante anche lo shop annesso al locale con svariate prelibatezze.
