Il Mascalzone In Bologna

29/01/2025: Finding ourselves passing through Bologna, we ate a pizza for lunch in this place. I have to say that we really liked it: perfect cooking and high quality ingredients. As a type, they make a Neapolitan style pizza so the dough is slightly chewy especially at the edges. We were disappointed by the fries (they were very oily as they were served in an anonymous plastic container without even a minimum of absorbent paper) and the environment, in general, a bit aseptic and with little attention to detail. But let's say that it can also fit, being a place on the outskirts. However, I repeat, really good pizza.
