In the kitchen Alberto is a young but already competitive chef both in traditional cuisine and in its innovative expressions. Hi folks! I returned to the Marinaio from Luigi who was always courteous and jovial, not all restaurant managers are like that. Alberto the chef puts his experience and passion into every dish he offers. If you haven't already done so, go and enjoy their cuisine.

Everything is excellent, it's plentiful

A place to eat excellent fish, crustaceans and molluscs. We limited ourselves to taking the appetizers + seafood second course menu. We were overflowing and they were very kind in providing us with the DoggyBag so we could consume what was left at home. Recommended for an excellent glass of wine paired with dishes. Greeted with a smile, education and kindness. Things not to be taken for granted in any place open to the public. I hadn't set foot there since the famous Pub Galatoto. I congratulate all the staff, you deserve to be increasingly known and appreciated. On my next return to Messina, I will certainly book! I would like to point out that the top star rating for the environment is dictated only by personal taste, as it is too modern in some areas, but in any case welcoming, clean and pleasant. I would only suggest some sound dampening panels, because when you happen to share dinner (as a couple) with large groups nearby, it can be more pleasant.
