We stayed 3 days in Otranto and went every evening for an aperitif at Maestrale. They always find a space for you to settle in (at the beginning of May), we never ask you if you have a reservation, they have a great lounge playlist and DJ set on Sunday evenings, a wide choice of cocktails and aperitif boards.
