His profound knowledge of wines and dishes is extraordinary: he could give culinary lessons to many self-styled experts. His knowledge and humanity are immediately striking. A true master of his craft.

Excellent restaurant, known thanks to the program 4 Ristoranti di Borghese. We ate the lamb (winning dish of the episode) and the dessert. Everything was delicious. Courteous and helpful staff. Beautiful environment and ample parking. Perhaps, in my opinion, the prices of the dishes are slightly high, which is why I decided to give 4 stars as an overall rating. But the place is definitely worth a visit. Congratulations.

We have dined here several times, and decided to entrust Valerio and his staff with the care of a ceremony... Everything was perfect, from the food to the service... The appetizer, the first courses, but above all the sliced ​​steak and the cake, were an example of a menu managed and measured in a masterly way, with top quality ingredients. Il Locandiere is a guarantee in all aspects!!!

We had a divine dinner! Everything was good and well served. The chef 👨‍🍳 was friendly and above all good! Tagliatella with porcini mushrooms was number one! The appetizers were well served, tasty and of excellent quality! To finish, the dessert, good, special and unique, maybe it's better to eat the dessert first and finish with the appetizer! 😂😂😂 well done! Good

We were lucky enough to find a table without a reservation – but we highly recommend booking at least a day in advance, as the restaurant is very popular and often packed (with good reason!). We went to Il Locandiere de core e de panza for our anniversary, after a relaxing weekend at the Fiuggi spa, and it was truly the icing on the cake. Every dish we tried was delicious, prepared with care and using quality ingredients. Even though the restaurant was packed, the service was impeccable, which is very important: fast, attentive and always courteous. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the delicious food, made our evening even more special. We will definitely be back next time we are in Fiuggi: a place like this deserves to be discovered and rediscovered every time!

Today I went for a bike ride on the Paliano Fiuggi cycle path (go, it's beautiful, I've already reviewed it) then I went to this restaurant, I had seen it on the programme 4 restaurants, it had rightly won because it's good, everything is excellent, attentive service, clean place with large windows with curtains that keep the place cool in the summer, it's important, the dessert is amazing

Excellent food from a typical tavern, good and well-priced wine, tasty and abundant dishes, I can only recommend it to anyone passing through the street on which the restaurant overlooks

Il locandiere non si smentisce mai,chef Valerio e il simpaticissimo Alfredo sono sempre il top. Primi piatti impeccabili...e che dire della ciambella fritta? Solo da provare!!!

Esperienza davvero positiva, locale ben curato e personale gentile. Ho assaggiato gli gnocchetti di patate viola con ragù e tartufo e un contorno di funghi porcini trifolati. Tutto molto buono.
