03/11/2024: Roberto, young Chef, enterprising, ambitious with a great desire to grow and amaze. And he succeeded! I had dinner at his restaurant, a warm and welcoming environment, I didn't ask and I left it up to him. What can I say, an experience that made me taste flavors that I didn't even know existed. Excellent food, expertly cooked, which exceeded all my expectations. And what about the service?
