We went for lunch during a trip from Puglia to Lombardy. The restaurant is just a few minutes' drive from the highway exit. Upon arrival, we were given a table outside (on the sidewalk) because we were traveling with our dog (the restaurant has tables inside and on a sort of terrace, while the sidewalk tables are for bar service). Once seated, we waited over 20 minutes before they set our table and took our orders. The staff was very courteous, but we felt they were having a bit of a hard time with the number of people. The hot appetizer was unimpressive, the grilled meat was average except for the sausage, which was really good. We also ordered a side dish (fried mozzarella balls), which was a bit disappointing in both quantity and quality. We also ordered a portion of arrosticini, and I must say they were good quality. The price was in line with the location and the quality of the food. Certainly, some aspects could be improved, but it's a good choice for a quick lunch to break up the highway commute.

This trattoria is located in Montepagano's main square. It offers traditional dishes at affordable prices in a warm and welcoming setting. The dining room and customer service reflect the spirit of Montepagano. The outdoor area is a real gem.

To dine with a small dog, you're sent to a bare room with ice cream refrigerators. You can't even sit on a beautiful, spacious balcony. It would be better not to allow dogs.

This restaurant's location in a quaint village is enchanting. We had the pleasure of dining on the terrace, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of space between tables, ensuring pleasant privacy. The service was initially friendly and courteous, but after our main courses were served, we were somewhat forgotten, with a long wait before we could order more or ask for the bill. Regarding the food, we started with a hot appetizer that was truly delicious and unique. The chitarra with meatballs was excellent, as was the fried cheese. The arrosticini were also tasty and cooked to perfection. Overall, the value for money is excellent, which makes the experience even more positive.

The place is nice, well-located with outdoor seating, and the staff is helpful but a bit confused at times (perhaps due to the overcrowding). The food is a no-no: we came during the music evening (a band was playing outside, with chairs and tables available) and the menu was only a fixed price, typical of Teramo restaurants and nothing more. The fried appetizers were good, the first courses were almost tasteless, the meat-based main courses were perhaps a few minutes too cooked, and the industrially produced desserts, I'm sorry, are to be rejected. The price is average, but you can find better options around.

A pleasant restaurant in the small village of Montepagano, where, in addition to a warm welcome, you can enjoy simple, good-quality food at a fair price (few dishes, but well-prepared). Authentic, home-cooked cuisine. I recommend both dinner and a tour of the village.

Nice place. Very good food for the price. A first course of gnocchi stacked and stuck together like a mountain, with a spoonful of ricotta on top. A second course of Montepulciano chicken escalope, breaded with four layers of flour. A side of fries, definitely frozen, which I couldn't even cut with a knife. 🤮

We stopped by chance one morning for coffee. - The staff were very kind, so we thought we'd come back for dinner... our expectations were very different... - I recommend it for the arrosticini because they were really good, but not for the rest. - TV where the food is tasteless.
